Inside: A spacious and light living room and open kitchen occupies the lower level of this beautiful property. Large windows offer views of the ocean, the patio, and the terrace. The living rooms have a comfortable lounge area and a large dining table for 8 people. The kitchen is provided with every luxury you need. Next to the living room is a cozy TV room with a sleeping sofa. This room can be turned into an extra bedroom for one adult or 2 children. There is also a bathroom with shower and a laundry area and a small office corner with TV.
The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are situated on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed with big windows offering an amazing view of the ocean. It has its own private balcony with seating area and also a window with view over the swimming pool. Right next to it is a bathroom with shower. The two remaining bedrooms have two single beds, big closets, and windows with view over the typical Portuguese landscape. They share a bathroom with shower. The hall on the first floor gives access to an extra roof terrace with an amazing view over the ocean and the beach of Praia da Rocha and the Algarvian coastline. Perfect to have a glass of wine and relax in the lounge area while enjoying from the beautiful Portuguese sunset.
