Beautiful hotel, high end linens and comfortable bed. Unfortunately the floor near the bed has water coming UP through the tiles! Front desk appreciated the information.

Very nice, clean, new property. Staff are very good. Manager checked in with me personally to ask about my stay, any issues. They offer shuttle to and from the airport. Just call. But there isn’t much around the place to eat or do. The one pizza place nearby is very good, but if you want options you’ll be calling a ride share.

Beautiful new hotel, Super friendly staff. AC unit was a bit tricky but they are working out the kinks. So much better than other hotels in the area for roughly the same price.

I had to wait for my room for about 45 minutes, but that was okay. When I got to my room I attempted to turn the TV on because the AFC championship football game was just starting. To my surprise no TV. So I went downstairs to the front desk. I asked them what was wrong and they said there was no internet or Wi-Fi from floors four through 10 and it had been that way since the day prior, but no one said nothing. I had driven $247 mi to the hotel so that I would be there in time for the football game, both of them, and then Monday morning to pick my clients up from the cruise ship. But instead, I spent 7 hours in the lobby watching two football games that I was supposed to be relaxing in my room, but I couldn't do that. I wasn't offered anything as an inconvenience not a dinner, not a drink, not a discount. I think I should be getting a 50% refund back to me

The property was clean neat and modern. The only complaint that we had was that the show is clear glass and has no privacy from the rest of the room. From the mirror placement you can see right into the shower from the bed area. This might be fine for a couple but not for friends or people with children. Everything else was great.

Great service. Had to change my room due to a technical issue. The hotel employees reacted really quick and efficiently. I was in a new room within 15 min. Nice hotel and nice room 4 min from the air port

We had a great stay! We got in extremely late, but check in was very easy & the staff on site super eager to help us. We felt safe leaving our vehicle with the valet and a very seamless process.
