To start, the staff was polite. They were not rude in any fashion. It's an average motel, but the doors have big gaps, marks on the walls etc. Not the end of the world. My issue with the property, which I gave them two separate opportunities after AND while on site to address, is that they did not provide wifi despite it being listed. I was NOT informed at check in, had to go to the desk & ask to be told it was a problem, then followed up 3 times and never got a call back from the woman as stated. Said IT was there to fix it- never resolved. As soon as I found out this was a potential problem I asked why I wasn't told at check in as I need it to work- no response to the question. I said I could go somewhere else- ignored my comment. I was not rude or degrading, just factual. I needed wifi to work - 5 hours specifically- and I left note for management at check out (left before the lobby opened) and via email. No reply. Would not recommend for anyone needing to work or get follow up assistance. I am still waiting for a partial refund.
