本次入住非常歡喜，這個酒店位置位於市中心，出門就是美食街還有各種購物商場，酒店前台辦理入住特別速度，且服務態度很好，房間乾淨整潔，熱水很好，房間是中央空調，也別涼快，樓上服務人員，有求必應，特別熱心，有便捷式移動電源，在五樓裏側，五樓前台服務很周到，出行阜新銀通優選，物美價廉，棒極了。

前台倆美女服務特別貼心，業務速度很快，到五樓客房有種高大上的感覺 地毯奢華 長廊開闊，房間衞生特別乾淨 還準備了免費礦泉水，保險櫃 都是為出行的旅客着想，這家酒店管理的也相當完善 服務員素質高，電梯口還有指引方向的 設備先進 阜新最好的酒店 以後會長期來的 推薦銀通👍

阜新皇冠假日酒店非常好的一家酒店，我是第一次到阜新，在攜程上面預訂了這個酒店，我們駕車到達酒店，酒店服務人員熱情接待，給安排停車事宜，很快就辦理了入住手續，這家酒店格局挺高，完全達到 4 星級以上酒店的配置和服務，酒店客服清潔衞生，各項生活配置齊全高端，讓你入住很温馨，賓館早餐也比較可口，花樣很多，很滿意。這次認識一個很好酒店，下次再來阜新還會入住這家酒店。

服務與房間品質都很好，高度點贊，唯一麻煩的是收按金，國內百分之九十五以上的酒店已經不收按金了，既省去了麻煩也提高了體驗感，建議提供無消費房間和有消費房間，然後根據客户需求而安排房間，不要為了銷售房間商品而使那些不需要你們房間裏商品的那些客户也要被迫交按金，那樣是不合理的

酒店的環境很好，房間還是挺乾淨的，前台服務特別好，特別熱情。酒店在市中心，地理位置也很方便。酒店三樓還有餐飲，粵菜做的很好吃。是不錯的

屋裡煙味很大 最可氣的是 我定的是大床房 插座不是在床頭上面 而是在中間 晚上睡覺的時候都不敢放在床上充電 太差勁了

酒店很不錯，房間面積很大，周圍的設施也比較齊全，屋內也都不錯，唯一遺憾的，因為過節的緣故，停車場都停滿了，停在了附近小區的停車場，拉着行了走了一段時間。

必須要誇一下酒店，首先酒店的位置是在解放廣場，周圍吃飯和商超也特別多，非常方便。其次房間的衞生也是特別乾淨，特別好。最後就是酒店的服務人員態度也是特別好，一來辦入住就是感覺很親切。在這個地理位置，性價比真是超高。
