服務很差勁！天冷要求加條被子都被拒絕，房間設施陳舊，靠背椅超級臟上面佈滿污漬，空調，壁燈全是絨絨，厚厚的灰，浴房全透明，衞生間小而陋，掛着九十年代布簾，所謂大床既1米5床上擱1米8床墊，暈，再也不會去住第二回！

來這麪辦事，因為起早選了一家最近的，這洗漱用品一言難盡，服務人員來換的時候帶了兩個礦泉水瓶裝的神祕液體，哪怕搞個袋裝的我也敢用，無語

房間離煙台山走路需要15到20分鐘，到上滕地鐵站更遠一些，走路至少半個小時，房間挺大，還有個小陽台可以曬衣服，收拾得也算乾淨，就是設施比較老舊，牆壁好幾處發黴，電梯也是吱吱作響。早餐餐廳的消毒櫃是擺設用的，盤子沒有洗乾淨，我拿的那個盤子上還有食物殘跡，然後很多盤子上都是水，沒有擦乾，不敢用他們的碟子，我和老媽就拿了四個雞蛋，餐廳阿姨説我們不能打包拿走，而且不能拿過量，當著那麼多客人面數落我們，實際情況是我們在餐廳吃的雞蛋，衹是沒有用他們的盤子，而且我和老媽開了兩間大床房，一間大床房兩份早餐，我們拿了四個雞蛋，請問我們哪裡拿過量了。餐廳衞生本來就沒做清楚，還不讓人説了

房間還是不錯的，就是空調不太製冷，但是也沒有太大問題。早餐也很不錯，種類很多，吃的飽。前台姐姐和藹可親。廁所也乾淨，還有隔離一個浴室出來，感覺很不錯啦。離風景區也不會很遠，沿途也有店鋪吃飯。

前台服務態度好，環境乾淨整潔衞生，免費升級的商務房特別寬敞，床單被套枕套也都很白凈，沒有黃漬。房間也沒有異味，隔音效果相對較好，反正沒有被吵醒。唯一一點奇怪的就是，它廁所門是透明玻璃

自駕游過來住了三晚體驗很不錯！酒店方位很好，開車去哪遊玩都很方便，也有自己的免費停車場，車位充足出入方便；寵物友好，無差別對待；房間寬敞乾淨衞生、安靜，也有免費早餐，前台人員服務熱心、辦事效率高，值得入住！

酒店設施比較老舊，服務態度不行。定了大床房想加床被子不給，八點多去吃早飯五六個盤子全是空的，衹剩小饅頭鹹菜和粥，問就是前面有個旅行社都吃完了，不夠吃跟我沒關係
