It was the amazing place i have visited. Had a great welcome from front line staff. Room is perfect and had a great view. Dinner and breakfast was amazing and very tasty. Breakfast bufet had a wide selection of western and local food. I requested to arrange a birthday cake at the breakfast time and they were arranged a tasty cake with special birthday surprise. Overall can be give 10 out of 10.

The location is a little bit biased, but it ’s okay because it ’s all-inclusive. When you enter, you need to go through security checks. Welcome drinks are available. The room is relatively rudimentary. Take a bath at 1600. We do n’t even have a bathtub. The location of Ctrip Booking is not good. On the far side, there is no view outside, and it is farthest from the restaurant and swimming pool. In the bar building, the first night was too noisy. I called the front desk three times to negotiate No fruit, it was quiet until 11 o'clock in the evening, there are 4 restaurants, it is said that Asian restaurants are the best, because there are prawns, you can eat for 24 hours, but personally feel that eating up to two meals will be tired because of things Most of the duplicates are fish and chicken pizzas. It may not be interesting to live for a long time. There are three swimming pools. The children's pool is on the lower floor, which is relatively simple. It is completely incomparable to what we live in Phuket and Nha Trang. The small pool can Playing water volleyball, some people also teach water yoga, that is, the pool is unobstructed. Unlimited supply, fresh cocktails are very good, there are a lot of drinks in the mini bar, and it feels endless. We booked here mainly for the New Year's Eve, and the hotel did not let us down. There was a dragon dance during the dinner. Lion show, there is a crazy show at zero, personally I think it looks good, 6 people, 60 songs, great. Afterwards, the hotel thoughtfully let us go to the beach, prepared the Kongming lantern to fly and pray for blessings. I felt more ritualistic than the Chinese New Year. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic. They would greet us with a smile whenever they saw it. It was great for us to relax and spend a few days on vacation around the island in Sri Lanka.

The infinity pool of Bawa architecture is a wonderful hotel. Many of the customers seemed to be from Sri Lanka. There were many people like honeymooners, but there were surprisingly many families and families. Although the hotel was a little old, it was solidly built and there was no problem with the plumbing. Service outside the restaurant was very good. The restaurant seems to take more than 30 minutes to bring out what you ordered at lunch. And it was a little cold. Coffee for breakfast also took quite a while to come out. Housekeeping and receptionists were very nice.

Welcome - we were greeted well on arrival As this was our last hotel on trip we requested for an upgrade. The receptionist said the hotel was full but it wasnt the case when we checked with housekeeping staff. Rooms - The rooms are pretty standard 5 star rooms with partial sea view from the room we stayed in. Service - The room service/housekeeping was very quick and efficient but the service at the pool restaurant was very dull and unwelcoming. F&B - The food and the service at the main restaurant was outstanding. This is what saved our good views on this hotel. The manager was more than eager to serve us well. Pool - The pool is very nice- very big and well maintained Beach- The beach was nothing special. Overall - A decent hotel with tough neighborly competition.

The hotel is really small, a bit disappointing. I booked a two-night, two-bedroom apartment. I want to try to discuss with the manager whether I can only stay for one night. After a fruit, a uncle who wears a tattered vest, shorts, and unbridled is a manager, then speaks. It is also very rude, the attitude is too good, and the words are rude and can not directly say no. There are only 9 rooms, in the mountains, black and dark at night, our 4 women, do not dare to go out at night. There are two beaches near the hotel. It takes more than 15 minutes to walk, and we meet weekends. Many locals gather for dinner, drink, and we go to the beaches in the afternoon. All the way to the big local men, a little scared, go On the beach, I saw two European and American girls in swimsuits, and a group of men who drank alcohol, they left, and the hotel was in a good environment, the room was very comfortable, and the surrounding environment was really bad. Looking at the sea view on the mountain, but the geographical environment is really bad, travel dudu, only suitable for staying in the hotel all day~ Breakfast is an order, it is quite rich, the staff are male, except for the so-called manager, the attitude is very good. Will not stay again

What a fantastic place! It’s a beautiful old house with spacious comfortable rooms, an amazing collection of furniture, artwork, old prints and photos, as well as an extensive and eclectic library. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful. I needed to see a doctor : in discussion, we decided it would be both cheaper and quicker for me to go to the outpatients at Asiri private hospital- they offered to accompany me. In fact, I went alone and it was a very easy, efficient, and cheap process- much more so than getting care in that situation in New Zealand. There is a pool, the best we enjoyed in Sri Lanka. The food is great and generous serves. We were very happy to have stayed there rather than the centre of Galle: it is in a quiet, peaceful area, and a reasonable walk or a short tuk tuk ride from the historic centre. We couldn’t have had a better experience.

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay although in some respects it was inferior to other hotels I stayed in on the holiday. The pools were great and so was the view from the room. The room itself was alright - quite basic but sufficient. We did have problems with a leak in the ceiling which was promptly addressed by staff but still a little annoying. In general the staff were lovely: in particular Chamindu in the restaurant, a security guard who called me and my partner over to show us turtles on the beach (sorry, can't remember his name) and the guy working the sunloungers at the lower pool. The weakest part was probably the food. It wasn't bad exactly, it was just worse than the food in all the other hotels I stayed in.

Absolutely nice environment. We were picked up at the airport by a hotel's cab(arranged earlier).and waited for us to arrive at midnight. Lovely and warming welcome from mr.jhon at the reception. All 3 nights we spent there and he was making sure we're getting everything as we need..really loved the hospitality we have received. All staff is extremely friendly. They play local cricket with kids.having remarkable evenings with joy. I would go there again for sure if I'm on vacation to south part of sri lanka.

The best holiday with this hotel 💕 Rest from 23.10.23 to 02.11.23 and here it was perfect. The staff is the best, in everything will help(call tuck-tuck, solve the question, to tell something), waiters wau (Chaminda ❤️), the cooks are perfectly prepared, everything is very delicious, cleaning the rooms super 🙌🏼 Looks and location are chic, walking can reach 3 beaches, free transport from the hotel to the most favorite Jangle beach, very close to the street with restaurants and shops, but at the same time you are in nature 🌱 Burundukki, monkeys, mangusts, Iguana, but you can not experience, They do not cross your personal boundaries 😁 Hotel is small and it is very comfortable, for you always there will be a place 🙌🏼 We will always go back there and I advise all that you also visit Paradise ✨ Another great thank you to the staff, you are wonderful 🥰 (Chaminda ❤️, Kavinga ❤️, Sandaka ❤️, Ranjith ❤️)

It's hard to know where to start with this review. From the moment we booked the general manager sent me a personalised message. We arrived greeted by a refreshing cold towel and a tour of this beautiful hotel. We booked the grand suite for 8 nights and 9n entering it exceeded my expectations. The room is huge tastefully decorated spotlessly clean. The bathroom is beautiful and there is even a small kitchen area. The veranda overlooking the pool was a gret place to have our morning coffee. The grounds make you feel like you are in a tropical rain forest and the pool and separate jacuzzi are lovely. Breakfast was a delight and they adapted every morning to our tastes. All of the staff are amazing and friendly. And the general manager is so lovely greeting us personally every morning asking about our stay and if there is anything they can do for us. All the staff were a credit to this beautiful place. Ps the private beach is stunning feels like your on a tropical island. I wish our stay was not ending tomorrow. Would not hesitate to come back.
