The room has everything you'll need for a business trip - decent wifi, quality lighting fittings, a decent sized bed with a firm mattress, a shower with excellent pressure, restaurant and bar with good opening hours. The people who designed trhis hotelknew what they were doing. I'd seriously like to take this hotel with me on my travels.

Located in a quite suburbs area of Munich, 8 min walking to the train station where you can take a 20 min ride local train station. I was in town for business, and ironically it happens to be when Tom Brady is playing in Munich. City was supper crawled and prices of hotels went sky rocking even the one far and outside of the city including this Soulmate hotel. My only issue is with the pillows . If you like a firm pillows like me ? You won’t find it here .

The entrance is accessible from the pedestrian zone. Something strange that the hotel lobby has a different outside entrance than the bedroom. Maybe it's because of Corona restrictions. I didn't ask. The spacious room actually booked as double room had unsinnfully two beds, which all was somewhat ended. There was actually everything correctly booked. I had to leave at 6 a.m. unlike my family. Sorry that the hotel did not offer a breakfast package. I paid the breakfast but. Finally it was a good stay with traffic-friendly connection. But it was not quite round and not optimal. It would be better if access to the hotel would lead through the main entrance. Otherwise it would be more like an apartment hotel.

Wir waren von Samstag bis Montag auf Grund des Fussballspiels hier im Motel one. Wir sind schon immer begeistert von dieser Kette. Unser Zimmer war im vierten Stock und es war alles toll. Zimmer sehr sauber. Tolle Zug und Bus Anbindung direkt vor dem Hotel. Zu Fuß erreichbare Restaurants und alles wirklich Preis Leistung Klasse. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und wirklich frisch und lecker. Wir verstehen nicht wie manche sich über das Frühstück beschweren! Es war lecker und ausreichend. Personal sehr sehr freundlich.

For the fair I had to book a hotel outside because the prices were already pretty expensive. Two nights here over € 200 fair price is still perfectly well. From outside the construction does not make much, the lift has already experienced better times and the gangs narrow and narrow. Then to the great surprise the rooms are not so bad the bed very hard it does not miss anything a small desk a small chair for it but and for it there are also extra points, the bathroom is made new, see also photo. At the reception, on request, I was told that the rooms in the hotel were all made a few months ago why you didn't even highlight the pictures online is a mystery for me. Breakfast How much you want to drink Croissant Salt Brezel also to take no super luxury I ate a yoghurt ne banana it just fit everything small breakfast for little money. The hotel would have received a star from me too if there weren't the bad cleaning service. I just looked under the bed that heard me just about it under the bed besides large dust flocks, even crown corks of any operations that can't be done at all. My empty cookie bag is still on the table was left on this morning so even if it is a cheap hotel a little service you can already expect just what cleanness is about after the years of Corona.

Hotel manager is obviously trying to save some buck, by keeping compressor for A/C switched off (there is a control panel for A/C in the room, but it didn't work, and to my request to turn on air conditioning, I've got an answer: ”it's not hot outside, just open the window”), so you would have to sleep with an open window, enjoy listening noise of passing trucks and buses, and listening for conversations of people smoking downstairs. Then the catering personnel. They start with room cleaning at 08:30 on Saturday, and would knock on your door multiple times, before eventually opening it and stepping into the room (there were no ”DND sign”, so I've just ”locked” the door for DND, as indicated on door handle). The checkout time is 12:00 at this hotel. Communication with hotel staff felt somewhat robotic, they would answer your questions, but would not say an extra word. The room itself was ok, basic but clean. Somewhat few power outlets, as mentioned above. To summarise, permanently switched off A/C and annoying catering personnel have spoiled the impression of this hotel.

Wir waren von Samstag bis Montag auf Grund des Fussballspiels hier im Motel one. Wir sind schon immer begeistert von dieser Kette. Unser Zimmer war im vierten Stock und es war alles toll. Hotel manager is obviously trying to save some buck, by keeping compressor for A/C switched off (there is a control panel for A/C in the room, but it didn't work, and to my request to turn on air conditioning, I've got an answer: ”it's not hot outside, just open the window”), so you would have to sleep with an open window, enjoy listening noise of passing trucks and buses, and listening for conversations of people smoking downstairs. Then the catering personnel. They start with room cleaning at 08:30 on Saturday, and would knock on your door multiple times, before eventually opening it and stepping into the room (there were no ”DND sign”, so I've just ”locked” the door for DND, as indicated on door handle). The checkout time is 12:00 at this hotel. Communication with hotel staff felt somewhat robotic, they would answer your questions, but would not say an extra word. The room itself was ok, basic but clean. Somewhat few power outlets, as mentioned above. To summarise, permanently switched off A/C and annoying catering personnel have spoiled the impression of this hotel.

For the fair I had to book a hotel outside because the prices were already pretty expensive. Two nights here over € 200 fair price is still perfectly well. From outside the construction does not make much, the lift has already experienced better times and the gangs narrow and narrow. Then to the great surprise the rooms are not so bad the bed very hard it does not miss anything a small desk a small chair for it but and for it there are also extra points, the bathroom is made new, see also photo. At the reception, on request, I was told that the rooms in the hotel were all made a few months ago why you didn't even highlight the pictures online is a mystery for me. Breakfast How much you want to drink Croissant Salt Brezel also to take no super luxury I ate a yoghurt ne banana it just fit everything small breakfast for little money. The hotel would have received a star from me too if there weren't the bad cleaning service. I just looked under the bed that heard me just about it under the bed besides large dust flocks, even crown corks of any operations that can't be done at all. My empty cookie bag is still on the table was left on this morning so even if it is a cheap hotel a little service you can already expect just what cleanness is about after the years of Corona.

Located in a quite suburbs area of Munich, 8 min walking to the train station where you can take a 20 min ride local train station. I was in town for business, and ironically it happens to be when Tom Brady is playing in Munich. City was supper crawled and prices of hotels went sky rocking even the one far and outside of the city including this Soulmate hotel. My only issue is with the pillows . If you like a firm pillows like me ? You won’t find it here .
