Noisy. There is a so-called manager named Vicky at the front desk, who is unprofessional, does not actively deal with guest issues, and excuses himself.

It’s great for a fun time with the family. Staff is friendly and polite. The facility could use some updating, but we had a great time with our five year old.

They will over charge you on whatever they can. Say that if you book with ******* it doesn't include parking and things like that.

the water park and other activities in the property were super fun for the kids, it is also super close by car to disneyland, a target, some dining options

The check in line was super long when we got there. It took at least one hour. The waterpark was perfect for my kids. Staff are nice and friendly. The rooms are a little run down. Not enough pillows in our room but staff are very quick to respond when we asked. There was also no microwave in our room. There is one in every floor though.

Breakfast wasn't included, food was so expensive compared to previous visit, they didn't have room service, but in general good hotel to saty if you have kids and looking for a fun vavation for family

Lodge penalizes us for using a third party and it shows. Check in for us third party folks was 2 hours and the food is expensive and is not very good. Lots of local teenagers buying daily passes and making it less family friendly. Elevators are not operational and they have quite a few, just don’t work
