1. pool water is dirty 2. the other guests are making lot of noise, can't rest well 3. water supply is dirty due and filter from incoming source had never changed 4. rubbish are piling up at the lobby. smelly and horrifying

The water from main inlet are so dirty, never change? Those under ground piping is too aging and won't help so much even you change the filter.
