Super beautiful hotel, first-class service, of course the price is also very high. Bodrum is in the south of Turkey, it is worth a visit. There are many good hotels, Mandarin Oriental is very good

The best hotel I ever stayed in my life, prices are a little bit high, but you get for what you pay, the staff is awesome! They over work themselves to make you feel like a sultan. The architecture is sublime, The bedrooms make you want to stay in bed for days, definitely going back again.

It was such a good day experience as always. Its not my first time. Everytime im still so impressed by everything, service, stuff, comfort, food.. so on. For this time additionally i had a experience for my partner s birthday and they made me the best suprises and hapiness that i would never even imagine. Ainura Artykbekova from Ambassador team is the sweetest person and best butler i ever met! She did anything for me more than i can ever ask for! Im so glad for everything and its getting better and better everytime i visit this hotel! Thanks a lot

We stayed in the Oriental Suite, which was stunning. Beautiful terrace with gorgeous views of the beach and sea, a private hammam room, a sauna, and it was the only bedroom suite inside the spa building so if we wanted a massage or treatment, we just took the elevator downstairs! What a life! The service at the hotel was excellent, far beyond anything we’ve experienced in the US. Our personal ambassador was named Nursel and she was extraordinary, we felt completely cared for during the full stay. I loved having a single point of contact that we could ask any question or request, and build a relationship over the course of the vacation. The beach was spectacular, the pool was nice, and the spa treatments were great. The restaurants were often right on the water and the food was very fresh. There was a substantial buffet breakfast included in the stay. The only thing that didn’t exceed our expectations was the cocktails — they were expensive (30 euro) and despite a few attempts, did not land on ones we really enjoyed. Maybe we were just unlucky. In sum, be prepared to spend a lot of money beyond the room (restaurants, cocktails, spa, etc.) but if the sticker shock is not a problem, then this was truly a 5 star experience in one of the most beautiful spots in the world. The service in particular was A++ (by everyone, but extra special thanks to Nursel!). When we have an occasion to return to this part of the world, we would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is the dreamiest place I have ever been! After visiting around 58 countries and all luxury hotels all over the world, I cannot compare anything to Mandarin Oriental Bodrum! This hotel kept impressing me every day from the check-in procedure to the exceptional food options. The staff of this hotel is outstanding, who were always going beyond just to help you! Special thanks to Mr.Ali Aghayev who was assisting me to arrange everything within the whole stay. Looking forward to come back there next summer!

Resort paradise! Exceptional place. Property was relatively new and design is beautiful. We had a Sea View Room in the main building which we were very happy with. Many dining options, with the highlights of the day being the breakfast and dinner on the water. We came during peak season and it was still not too crowded, felt like our own place sometimes. If the price does not bother you, would highly recommend.

As a seasoned traveler who has visited over 60 countries and stayed at more than 1,000 different hotels in the last 20 years, holding the highest loyalty levels at many of them, I must express my profound disappointment with the Mandarin Oriental Bodrum. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this property fails to meet the standards one would expect from a luxury resort, especially when compared to the exquisite hospitality offered by its counterparts worldwide. We booked our stay through American Express, expecting to receive the signature room upgrade benefit that comes with such a reservation. However, upon checking in at an unreasonably late hour due to delays, we were dismayed to find that our supposedly non-smoking garden view room reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpets beneath the bed were filthy, a clear indication of the hotel's lack of attention to detail and cleanliness. While the congratulatory desserts for our honeymoon were a nice touch, they did little to compensate for the subpar state of the room and the absence of the promised upgrade. When my wife's respiratory issues surfaced the following morning, we immediately sought to change rooms. The staff's initial reluctance and subsequent offer to move us twice during our five-day stay was unacceptable. As a solution, I proposed the use of an ozone cleaner for one night, allowing us to move rooms just once. However, the hotel's refusal to compensate us for the night spent in a smoking room, despite their claims to the contrary, was the final straw. I decided to cut our stay short and requested a full refund for the remaining days, only to be met with a dismissive reference to their refund policy. It became apparent that the Mandarin Oriental Bodrum was never intended to function as a hotel. The rooms, clearly designed as residences or apartments, lack the cohesive quality one expects from a luxury property. The presence of privately rented restaurants and businesses within the hotel compounds the issue, as the management has no control over quality or pricing. The exorbitant cost of basic items, such as $450 for tanning lotion and $250 for the cheapest Turkish wine, which retails for a mere $20 in the market, is utterly absurd and unjustifiable. Such prices are unheard of in even the most prestigious hotels around the world, where the focus is on providing exceptional value and experiences to their guests. The hotel's shortcomings extend to its dining experiences as well. The breakfast service was marred by the staff's inability to prepare a proper cappuccino, requiring us to send back multiple orders. This lack of proficiency in such a fundamental aspect of hospitality is unacceptable. Ultimately, we were forced to abandon our honeymoon plans at the Mandarin Oriental Bodrum and seek accommodations elsewhere. The Bodrum EDITION, where we were treated with the respect and luxury befitting our status, stood in stark contrast to the dismal experience at Mandarin Oriental.

From the moment MO collected us from the Airport we felt “cared for”. Our Ambassador Burak was excellent checking in each day, lots of information about dining options and the resort. We had a sea view room, good size and great view, nice and quiet, easy to get a buggy for moving around the resort. The dining choices were good Asian through to local Fish through to snacks. The food and drinks are expensive but in fairness the hotel service and staffing levels are super high, at some point it has to be paid for. We were there for our wedding anniversary and took the option of a private dinner on the beach exceptional! The service from Salih Ramadan was excellent, not just for this dinner but throughout our stay. We hired a boat for a 2 hour evening cruise, two very nice crew and lots of help from all the water sport staff. Highlight of dining - other than the anniversary diner!- was Hakkasan very well done, right on the sea. All in all a beautiful stay

Do not hesitate one moment to book this resort. We have travelled the world and stayed in many 5 star properties. On this trip, we have been totally blown away by the Mandarin Oriental and the service we received. Every member the team are passionate about providing an outstanding level of service and even go beyond what a guest would expect. They are clearly well trained and this is a real credit to the leadership at the Mandarin Oriental. We have only one word to describe Mandarin Oriental and their service - EXCEPTIONAL! We are absolutely fans!!!

An incredible experience. You arrive at the Mandarin Oriental in Bodrum seeing a breathtaking view. In all the top hotels if been to in Europe, and Middle East, North Africa this is the best experience I’ve had. The comfort, the service, the food, the views, the beach, the exquisite tailored vast gardens with over 1,200 trees - it all blends into one of the best Mandarin Orientals in the world. We had our honeymoon here and fell in love with this place. Its easily the best beach 3 hours flight from London and best service I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and I will do so to everyone back home.

Bayram tatilimiz için ilk defa tercih ettiğimiz bu otel artık hep aynı yere geleceğimizi belli etti. Bodrum bizim için tatilin değişmez adresi .Mandarinin yurtdışında çok oteline gittik fakat burası bir farklı.Cennet bay boşuna denmemiş. Sadece mağazaların kaplı oluşu shopping bağımlısı olan bizi biraz durdurdu ama onun haricinde herşey mükemmel idi . Fantastic Service with the friendliest staff ever, in a beautiful natural setting with Mandarin quality rooms and architecture. We loved every bit of our stay, especially the breakfast and high quality food & can only recommend a stay here. We wiuld like to say thank you again to the staff, which loves children and made our young family and friends feel welcome without exception.

Amazing property and beach. Will give a shout out to the amazing butler Özer and Kadir from house keeping. Restaurant food has room for improvement and bar services could improve as well. Pricing in restaurants and beach are steep. Over all, enjoyed the experience and loved the property

This is my second time in this resort.. and definitely will be a destination visited often in future summer times.. I came this time with my husband 4 children and nannies. We stayed in three units one of them was the medetrenian suit 807. We loved it kids loved it .. Its an amazing property i suggest staying for a week.. Ultra chic property It got even more interesting than my last visit in 2015 Breakfast varieties is one of the best world wide. Amazing Juice bar.. coffee bar .. with extensive varieties..! Matcha 🍵 and frabbachinos even are available to order! Freshly baked Turkish and worldwide patisseries.. Thanks to the f&b they r amazing! General manager is the sunshine of the property ☀️ very energetic and smart . Management and staff are amazing. Very professional trustworthy.. i forgot a valuable item they contacted me right away about it as well. Thank you all. 🩵
