The boss is so enthusiastic! ! The environment is also good

Structure, scruffy. No heating, wet room, no shampoo, no conditioner, no parking. Passable for 1 night if needed.

People were very kind and nice, we even got another room, because the one we first got was a bit dirty. There are some water bottles, tea and coffee bags for free in the room, which was a great thing. The only thing is that the place needs some small reparations, there were a few broken things in the bathroom.

The property was very nice but up the hill. The terrace and reception areas are nice. It has a great view of the hot air balloons in the morning.

When I read the comments on this hotel, it feels like we stayed in an other hotel! We didn’t like the breakfast too much. It was the same every day, many things were fried and the vegetables were not fresh. We cannot be enthusiastic about the room, it wasn’t really clean, there was a moisture smell, rain came in our room through the window, electricity sockets were broken. The only positive sides of the hotel were the friendly receptionist Emin and the great view!

This hotel is a real traditional cave hotel and you can feel the real turkish experience. Amin is the nicest person ever and helps you with everything you need and question you have. Great position in the Göreme city and with a nice breakfast with a good view!

Service is very nice. Admin Emin-Habib is always there ready to help and he is very attentive. He also ordered a balloon ride for us. Thank you Emin! 6/5 Room is not bad and there is an AC. However WC smells a bit and bed linen got holes, doors are old and it's difficult to open and close. 2/5 Breakfast is fine, u can have it on the terrace but it was the same 2 days in a row, nothing special. If u want to have a dish like omelette u need to make an extra order. 3/5 In conclusion I rate this hotel as 3/5. It's fine to stay a few nights just to sleep, nothing else

I had wonderful stay at View Cave Hotel, very convenient location, helpful staff, owner is delightful went above and beyond with hospitality. Really such a unique experience. and Cappadocia is absolutely gorgeous. Definitely recommend staying here on your travels. =)

The room is very good but in terms of breakfast it is very average especially when you book and you arrive in the morning with no table available and have to go back to the room to wait. No balloons taking off even though the day before the owner told us that there were some. In short, very average and expensive for what it is!

This hotel is managed by a gang of mafiosi whose goal is to extract as much money as possible from tourists. We spent two days without water, or we had to go to the coffeeshop to go to the bathroom to freshen up since we couldn't take a shower. Regarding the dishonesty of the hotel, firstly, they never let us pay by card, despite the presence of the TPE and its proper functioning. We arrived at the hotel on September 14 at 9 a.m., at breakfast time which was included in the price we paid, but we had to pay an additional 100TL to be able to use the "buffet" because the breakfast “wasn’t included on the first day.” The problem is that we are forced to pay in cash and not by credit card, without giving any justification. Second, prices are still inflated. For example, the horseback excursion costs €35 (this is what is displayed in black and white in the table at reception), but we were charged €40 (with a late fee since we came pick us up 1h30 after the agreed time). When we asked why we weren't paying the displayed price, the person at reception just told us "the price has changed". there is no reason to pay a price different from what is displayed. Third, we were supposed to check out on September 18th. We asked the hotel to send us a taxi to drop us off at the bus station, we had to pay in advance and in cash 400 TL at the hotel. Unfortunately, due to poisoning, I spent the night in the hospital with my friend, so we were not able to go to the station. The hotel kept our money, even though the taxi fare was not made. Given my state of health, I had to take a flight back home to France to rest. We asked the manager if the hotel was full and if it would possibly be possible to add an extra night (while I could find a suitable flight). I ended up finding a flight during the day, we notified the hotel manager on Airbnb in black and white that we no longer needed to keep the room, and that we were going to empty it that day. We even booked a shuttle to the airport, which proved once again that we were clear about our desire to leave the room that day (our stay ended that day anyway). We packed our bags, left the room door open, the managers saw that we had all packed up and that our suitcases were in front of the door. They gave us no information regarding the checkout time, the only information we got was “the shuttle will pick you up at 7 p.m.”. Given my state of health, I stayed at the door for a few hours, sitting on a step of the stairs, in front of the reception staff's office. Once the shuttle arrived, we

I didn't like everything. If you don't care about yourself, then you can stay. There you will be fed spoiled food, you will sleep on sheets with the waste products of previous guests, broken beds, a dirty room that is never cleaned while you live there. It's better to pay a little more and live in a better place. And further ! Under no circumstances agree to fly with Hotel employees, make reservations, etc. First, for 100 euros per person, they promise a basket for 16 people, a bunch of bonuses, and then in the morning they bring you to the place and there you see a basket with 32 people in it. Then they put more pressure on you and say that everything is difficult with flying and you should be grateful that this happened. In fact, everything is not like that. You can fly now from 65 to 80 euros per person in a 16-20 seat basket. So this owner is a deceiver, I don’t recommend dealing with him.

Unforgettable days in this magical place, unearthly and mysterious, with a fabulous view on the hotel terrace!!! Thanks to this hotel, its authenticity, which was created taking into account convenience and comfort, we felt the maximum a**osphere of this place - a very beautiful view from the highway!!! Quiet, ideal location of the hotel in the very center of the city, close to cafes, restaurants, currency exchange. The hotel is very clean, the room has everything you need after a tiring journey through the Cappadocia Valley. A chic large room with snow-white bed linen, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Delicious breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff, always friendly and ready to sincerely help. There were no problems with parking either; the hotel staff helped us park our car, a 2-minute walk from our hotel, in a convenient location. Special thanks to the hotel owner, Kemal. A very pleasant and attentive young man who helped us organize our birthday party was SUPER!!! There was a wonderful organization of the festive table with delicious dishes, a gorgeous view on the terrace, excellent service, cake, music and a disco. Great place to celebrate! Kemal helped us in all organizational matters, and he also booked tickets for us to fly in a hot air balloon. (By the way, he is a pilot himself) I highly recommend this hotel for stay! The best service and rooms are here! We brought with us a million impressions and the same number of photographs! I really wanted to stay at least a couple more days! We liked absolutely everything! We hope to return to this hotel again!
