I stayed at the roadside station. It is an inn in a day trip hot spring. The front desk was bad, and even if I said the name, I tried to process it by mistake for different people, and I was asked to read the guide for the inn. I was given the locker key, but I didn't know which bath locker was with 2, and when I called, a different person came out and the response was not good. Also, I was told at check-in that I would call later because the restaurant was not decided, but the phone didn't come. After the meal time passed, the meal attendant came to call the room. The bath for guests in the indoor bath and the bedrock bath on the second floor are not hot springs. There were two open-air baths, which were large and the hot springs were light brown salty hot springs. What was disappointing in the bath was that I couldn't enter from 7 o'clock the next morning. Breakfast was from 8 o'clock, so I couldn't enter slowly in the morning. The room was already covered with futons. The room and washroom area were all barrier-free and clean rooms. Supper was the top Agano Gozen course (6600 yen if you ask for a single item). I had it in a Japanese-style room with only two sets, but except for rice miso soup dessert, everything was lined up on the table, including tempura. In terms of content, it was the standard content of the inn, such as sashimi and chawanmushi. It was good that the half body of the crab was processed easily to eat. It was a meal on tatami mats in a Japanese-style room, so it seemed to be painful for me. I ordered sake because it was 1680 yen for Kirinzan traditional dry 21 degrees (original sake 720cc). It was a delicious sake. Breakfast was served at the dining room of the day trip hot spring from 8 o'clock. It was set on the table from around 6:30. The side dishes were only small bowls with a very light taste, such as cherry blossoms, natto and seaweed. * and only rice can be replaced. Although the inn fee was high, there were too few side dishes. Yasuda's yogurt drink was served on the table with children. It seems that the breakfast for children was exactly the same as for adults. It seems that many people eat at this inn at the dining room of the day trip hot spring even if they stay. I feel that the cost performance is better. There was no hospitality and it was not a relaxing inn.

I have visited the ryokan several times, but this was my first visit since my family expanded. In conclusion, I was very satisfied. You can spend a comfortable and safe time with your baby. There are spaces in the bathroom and dining area where you can put your baby to sleep, so you can feel at ease even in your debut match with a baby. The ryokan is more than the price for the people, the hot springs, the food, the rooms. Since it was a family trip, the main purpose was to relax and unwind after a long day, but it was a relaxing 3 days in a warm atmosphere.

My family and travelled to Niigata at the end of April 2023 and had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Okura Niigata. Prior to the trip, I had reached out to them via email to inquire about coordinating a van + driver for us (6 of us) so that we could go visit some sake breweries and to make dinner reservations for us at a nearby restaurant. The concierge team was amazing and booked a large van (jumbo taxi) and driver for the day. they also ensured that the van could accommodate a folding wheelchair for one group member that needed it. The van and driver arrived on time and was quite reasonably priced. Great experience that was made possible by the hotel team! Upon return to the hotel, we realized we had left some items on the van - the hotel called the taxi company and coordinated the return of our items. Beyond these experiences, the hotel itself is a bit older but rooms are comfortable and fairly spacious for a hotel room in Japan. Location is great and the breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we had on this trip. If I should ever travel back to Niigata, I will most definitely be staying here. The hotel and team won my business by going above and beyond...even for Japan standards of customer service! Domo arigatogozaima****a!!!

A clean and nice hotel. The parking lot was a parking space that surrounds the site, but I couldn't park it, so I was guided to a contract parking lot a little far away. There is no particular problem. The room is also a simple style, but the unit bus is quite narrow. It was a little painful for me who was hard ^^; Amenity is the minimum required, and there is a vending machine on the 1st and 3rd floors, and a coin laundry on the 3rd floor. There are no alcohols such as beer, so you should buy it in advance.

We stayed in a twin room after renovation. It is widely used and satisfactory. Breakfast was also enough for free, and there were menus along the theme, salad and fruit. The location is a little walk to the station and it is less 々 far to Mandai, so it may be playing with the service. It was thankful for the child to put breakfast in the box and eat it in the room. I stayed at JAL Niigata because I saw the Hideaki Amano exhibition. On Bandai Island, where the longest river in Honshu Island flows into the sea, the exterior design of the hotel is like a yacht docked by the Shinano River, blending with the ocean island into a picture. In the highest place in the city, in the guest room or on the top floor of the Sky Banguet, have a glass of Niigata local wine Kirin Mountain, and enjoy the 360-degree view of the fireworks on both sides of the Shinano River and the magnificence of the North Japan Sea.

The hot springs were open for a long time and I was able to enjoy them enough. I was happy that the temperature was relatively high. The room was a rare outer corridor ＆ open door, which was uncomfortable at first, but I got used to it. The room is very small and the layout is more like a nursing care facility than a hotel. The lighting was dazzling and my eyes were tired. I think it would have been nice if it could be dimmed or light bulb color.

Hotel Green Yasuda is located in Agano and about a 15-minute drive from Suibara Station. Complimentary WiFi is available in each guest room. Guests may borrow conveniences such as trouser pressers and irons at no additional charge (please inquire at the front desk for details). Facilities include a dry cleaning, a coin laundry and a vending machine corner. The hotel also provides karaoke facilities. On-site restaurant offering Japanese izakaya style is available for the hotel guests. The hotel possesses 26 guest rooms.

The overall staff was very welcoming and the food was very rich, especially the rice was especially delicious. Very recommended hotel, if you go to this hotel by tram, you can call the hotel to Maxia or Nianhua Station to wait, you can pick up and drop off for free.
