Just a quick one-night stay. Room on the small side but functional. Due to the street noise, avoid the ones on the front side of the buildings.
Public rooms VERY spiffy, warm, and welcoming (particularly, for Bad Harzburg). Smart interior design

Alles sehr schön bunt und gemütlich, die lange Saunanacht war wirklich sehr schön. Viele verschiedene Räume, Saunen und Ruhe Möglichkeiten.

Der überragende Internetauftritt entspricht nicht den Tatsachen. Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Kleines dunkles Bad ohne funktionierende Lüftung. Steckdosen lose bzw. ohne Eingriffsschutz. Das Bett bestand aus 2 zusammengestellten Liegen, ****** war somit eine Herausforderung. Die hellhörigen Zimmer erinnerten an Jugendherbergszeiten, hier sollten wohl die bereitgestellten Ohrstöpsel Abhilfe schaffen?! Der beworbene Billardraum inkl Kegelbahn schien ein Überbleibsel aus guten W. Brandt Zeiten zu sein. Diese befanden sich in einem desaströsen Zustand.

Mit einigen Gegenständen aus dem Möbelhaus die Tristesse der 70er Jahre zu cachieren, bleibt es dich ein von außen sehr unattraktive, leicht abgerocktes Haus. Das "Kleine Doppelzimmer" hat seinen Preis redlich verdient. Der Aufzug reicht nicht für zwei Personen mit Koffer. Passt aber gut ins Bild, weil man schon vier Treppen mit dem Koffer in der Hand überwinden muss, bevor man den Aufzug überhaupt erreicht. Dann kommt man in einem furchtbaren Flur, die Zimmertür ist sondünn, dass die Ohrenstöpsel schon im Zimmer bereit liegen. Das Zimmer ist ohnehin schon sehr klein, wird aber um nicht ganz so hässlich zu wirken, mit Tisch und Bank völlig überfrachtet, so dass man seinen Koffer nirgendwo los wird. Das allein ist schon schlimm. Das Badezimmer ist aber die Krönung. Im deutschen Museum bekäme es einen Ehrenplatz. Der Zimmerpreis von 132€ für eine Nacht ohne Frühstück ist also nicht viel zu hoch, sondern eine wirkliche Unverschämtheit.

Wir sind sofort angekommen in unserem Mädelswochenende! Klar gibt es noch Zimmer die einen 80er Jahre Flair haben, trotzdem alles sauber und wir müssen besonders die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter hervorheben. Jeder einzelne war auf Zack und gut gelaunt. Spa Bereich ganz toll. Hotel ist in Guter Lage um direkt los zu wandern! Wir waren mit allem zufrieden... nur ein kleines Manko, wenn man im Haus 1 wohnt muss man im Bademantel durchs Restaurant zum Spabereich 🙃

Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Zur Straßenseite ist es durch den Verkehr sehr laut. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön. Das Frühstückbuffet ist sehr gut, leider gibt es abends kein Buffet mehr. In der Nähe gibt es aber auch gute Restaurants. Vom jetzigen Abendessen im Hotel sind wir nicht gerade begeistert. Auch in der gemütlichen Bar mit netter Bedienung kann man später gut noch ein Gläschen trinken.

Von Außen sieht das Hotel nicht so besonders aus. Von innen ist es mega schön & modern eingerichtet. Ein tolles Hotel mit insgesamt 4 Saunen, Schwimmbad, Fitnessbereich & einer Kegelbahn. Es gibt sogar 2 Vegane Gerichte auf der Speisekarte & beim Frühstücksbuffet wird Veganer Aufschnitt angeboten! Der Hammer für alle Veganer/Vegetarier. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen & würde wieder kommen!
