Best Hotels in Goynuk Mahallesi

Visiting with friends. Initially the hotel is a nice layout. There are three accessible bars; The Lobby, Poolside and Restaurant bar. All of which serve a good, varied range of drinks, meals mostly branded. The rooms are nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. A great range of bathroom disposables including toothbrush& paste, razor & cream, loofah, soap, shampoo, body lotion, shower gel, cotton buds, sanitary products and conditioner. The staff are why I have bumped my rating up. The restaurant and bar staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. From helping connect phones to liaising with the bank and hospital when we had an emergency. Always a cheery greeting and smiles (well, from most but you always get one or two grumpy ones) The lifeguards are great and very attentive. What stopped me giving five stars was the food. Although it was good it was very much the same type of thing meal after meal. A lot of food wasn’t served hot enough. Mashed potatoes are packet.

Balayı için geldiğimiz mükemmel bir otel yemekleri çok güzeldi ,çalışanları bir dediğinizi ikiletmiyor bu çok önemliydi benim için.konumu havuzları ve müşteriye özel plaj deniz imkanı sunması harika.Müdür Hacer hanım ilgisi ve iletişimi ayrıca Baran Türk’ün resepsiyondaki güzel ve sıcak karşılaması insana en baştan güven veriyor.Otelin dış görünüşü çok güzel dikkatimizi çekmişti ,içi de bir okadar güzel ve gemi havası var tabiki tavsiye ederim.

This hotel is good if not spectacular. The good - the staff are friendly, pools are clean as are the rooms on arrival. Beach is great and the pontoon is a really nice place to spend the day. A couple in our group had 2 seperate spa treatments which they said were very good and good value for money. The not so good - food is certainly not spectacular, it is very samey nightly. It's certainly not awful but the choice is relatively limited on hot food. The salad bar is certainly well stocked. The snack bar is the best place to go where they cook your choice fresh. They have a i'm assuming 'special' on the first station each night. It was a bit hit and miss but again it's certainly not awful. We stayed in a bungalow - the location was fantastic - just over from the pool and the main restaurant. The bathroom needs a bit of love and care - seals around shower were all coming off. The room cleaning is a bit random - some days it was very good and others it looked like noone had been in there with the duvet folded at the end of the bed - first world problems but you would expect more from a 5* hotel. The a la carte restaurant is decent however avoid if you have any sort of nut allergy - it seems every dish has some form of nut in. Ice cream bar was very popular with my daughter but unusual that it was only open from 4 each day. You can however get ice creams for lunch. We did have a late check out on leaving which they did for us complimentary again showing good customer service. Much appreciated! All in all I think 4/5 is a fair score.

It was an indescribable holiday. My wife and my 7-month-old son and I chose this place after reading the comments on our first holiday. It was a perfect holiday. I wish it hadn't ended. The hotel has its own transfer. The relations department called and asked if there was anything you didn't like about your problem. I told them that we didn't like the food. They wanted to meet with us immediately. We went to the manager and called the kitchen chef ERDEM BEY. Mr. Erdem came and explained how they made the food meticulously, so well that he took one-on-one attention and as long as we stayed, ERDEM BEY was always like our family. He met our needs. We were shocked that he wouldn't do anything to relatives. It's a great feeling to know such a person. That's why we come to this hotel every year and we will. As for the other staff, from the cleaner to the reception, all the staff are so friendly. You seriously wouldn't believe it, you'd say you're exaggerating, but all the employees love their jobs and smile. They do it like bees, they never stop, they take care of whatever you want, you ask, they do it, the rooms are very clean, in fact the entire hotel is very clean, they always call to ask if you need it, ooof, leaving the hotel was very sad for the first time, we felt like we were leaving our family, we can't wait for the summer to come next year, thank you very much for everything. I stayed In the get enjoy Hotel it is a lovely place and the staff are lovely and really really friendly the animators are awesome Deniz treated me like family from day one and modro is just as friendly the food is good and the staff are always smiling I would definitely come back here again the pools are nice and the night life is good I can highly recommend this coming here
