We had a nice room with very comfortable beds. The lady at front desk was so kind and helpful. It was so refreshing to see someone who truly enjoys her job. We had scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy for breakfast. It was very satisfying and good. Coffee was great also! I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in granbury for the convenience to downtown.

This was a great and productive work trip, I stayed in the same room for 12-days and there were no surprise billings as I had on a previous trip at a different hotel and this property is very well manager. Will stay here again next time I'm working in the area.

We paid on average $80 per night (one weekday/one weekend night) to stay here. It is not an $80 per night hotel. There are some people living here permanently, which seemed to mean more people hanging around and using the property. The shower was cracked, the toilet made a loud noise when flushed, the breakfast was almost nothing (sugary cereals and thankfully some fruit). The ice machines and carpet in hallway were old and falling apart. Pool was nice. I would have been happy paying $60-65 for this motel.
