This was a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable, affordable. The staff was pleasant. I have stayed at way more expensive places that were not as nice. It was not fancy, but it was perfect.

This property is very dirty and unsanitary. Most of the furniture in the rooms is stained and smells of urine. Most of the blinds are broken in the rooms and do not work correctly. This hotel needs a total remodel. I really don’t recommend staying here unless you want to sleep in a room that smells like urine and has questionable, stains all over the furniture and walls and carpet. Beware!

This place is terrible, the room smelt of mold, people could easily see in through the blinds, the shower had brown water coming. I overheard another guest complaining as well.

Perfect location to walk to Broad Street in Nevada City. Cute little establishment. Clean rooms, comfy bed, big TV.

The cottage was spacious ,but a lot dated and a little musty. I would likely stay here again as the price was reasonable. The heater was barely adequate as it took awhile to heat the place up, but after that it was comfortable.

Location is beautiful, tucked in the woods, and at the same time close to the freeway exit, and is a walking distance to the downtown

Great receptionist and very helpful, beautiful grounds during this time of year but room 511 was probably the dirtiest room I've stayed in. A lot of stains and marks on the walls, tissue box stuck to the table, assorted holes in most walls and bent blinds that barely worked, apparently some renovations are being made, maybe this room was missed
