It was a nice experience and I really have no serious complaints but it wasn't perfection. I was surprised, for a 4-star hotel, at the lack of pen and pad in the room - this was the second time I ran into this so maybe it's a thing in Arizona?? Also, the breakfast option that came with the room was inferior to similar - a juice, coffee and made-to-order eggs. But it was complicated to get it and far different from the range of choices I am used to at similar places (there was a restaurant option if one had wished to pay). It does have a coffee-bar type of place, a "grab and go" which was well appointed for very casual food. At one point I needed to call for the house engineer and he came right away (I should clarify the problem wasn't ultimately in my room but in an adjacent one). But I was impressed at the reachability of help at around 11:00 pm. The immediate area is a driving nightmare due to the presence of sports and/or concert stadiums - but obviousy that's not the hotel's fault.
