開始看網站評分不高，誰知道性價比非常高，乾淨衞生，家電也很齊全，50寸電視，冰箱，洗衣機都有，空調也很製冷，關鍵是洗髮水沐浴露都用的品牌產品，洗了頭髮很柔順，也持久留香。後來和前台美女聊天才知道新的管理團隊入駐，各方面品質、衞生和服務要求都提高了，值得推薦

南沙人氣最旺的地方—萬達廣場；交通：離蕉門地鐵站（南沙交通樞紐，金州地鐵站衹有幾分鐘路程；配套：整個萬達廣場大大小小飲食店有100多家，餐飲非常方便，商場、超市、電影院、量販式KTV配套齊全，衞生：乾淨整潔，而且洗髮水沐浴露用的都是品牌產品；設施：軟硬件條件應該是萬達公寓裏面數一數二的了，冰箱、洗衣機都有，50寸大屏幕彩電，特別值得推薦的是乳膠床墊和乳膠枕

公寓酒店位於南沙萬達廣場四座，臨江一面，交通比較便利，離地鐵四號線金州站比較近，有地下停車場。酒店房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全比較新，入住感覺比較舒適。

再次入住，今次帶同父母一起，仍是上次那位有禮熱心的台前女服務員非常細心安排 King size 床給父母，同房另一張也不小是雙人床，房間有洗衣機很新淨可方心使用。中國香港人的我誠意推介！（需不算十全十美，但以價錢和質素比較確是超值）本人會再來的啊！

房間就在萬達公寓上，離地鐵站幾百米的距離，樓下吃和玩都很方便，樓層在12樓，可以看到蕉門兩岸的夜景，價格也適宜。衹是房間看起來有點舊，牆紙有點剝落，房間內有點潮濕，進去也有一股廁所返潮的味道，希望可以改善。

本訂江景大床房，房東見我們三人，主動升級至大一點的房間，房間衛生很好，沒有異味，沒有煙味，很整潔。唯一美中不足是同層(13/F) 的公共地方很大煙味，電梯位有煙頭。應該是同層的租戶不停吸煙及打開門吸煙。

已經是第二次住啦，超級喜歡這個公寓，旁邊就是萬達廣場，吃喝住行都非常方便！前台的小姐姐和叔叔都非常的nice，超愛，衞生方面也做得很好，前台會在微信上問要不要打掃衞生，電視可以投屏，風景也很好，窗台剛剛好可以看到江景和地上鐵經過的樣子，配上夕陽真的很美啊啊啊啊啊啊
