It was a great experience staying at Mehao Elegant Hotel this time, and I highly recommend staying at it. Before I checked in, the housekeeper CC called me to confirm my request for the room. He also added my WeChat and sent me the location, fearing that we were in the wrong place. I was traveling with my parents for two days, but the room only included two breakfasts. I asked to buy breakfast, and CC said that I could apply with the manager to give us two breakfasts, which saved us the trouble. The decoration of the hotel lobby is still very good. After all, it is a newly renovated hotel. The service staff are also very enthusiastic and will greet you warmly. When we checked in, the butler served us tea. It was really comfortable to be able to drink a cup of hot tea right away when we arrived at the hotel. The room had enough space and the hygiene was pretty good. The room was fully equipped and had mineral water. , drinks are all available. As soon as I entered the room, I saw the fruit plate that CC had prepared for me in the room in advance. It was really considerate and made the experience great! There are quite a lot of equipment in the room. In addition to two sets of bathrobes, there are also two sets of pajamas and a safe. The sink also has facial cleanser, skin care products, loofah, disposable compressed towels, etc., all available. I have stayed in many five-star hotels before, and this hotel is not inferior to any other hotels. Whether it is decoration, service, supporting facilities, location, or surrounding environment, it is top-notch. I forgot to mention that there is a service desk in the lobby with many items on it, such as Yunnan Baiyao, safflower oil, iodophor cotton swabs, band-aids, 999 cold medicine, etc. that can be used for injuries. Nail clippers and lighters are all normal. , but there are also very considerate dental floss, contact lens cases, contact lens solution, headbands, hairpins, hand cream, wet wipes, etc. Surprisingly, there are also raincoats, red envelopes, and baby warm patches. As the weather in Guangzhou has dropped sharply in the past few days, Nuanbaobao is really considerate. If you bring children, there are also cars to coax them. The front desk processing speed is also very fast, not like a newly opened hotel. All in all, it is highly recommended and deserves five stars! The hotel does not include meals. In addition to breakfast, there is afternoon tea and Meihao's special late-night bowl of noodles. Breakfast is just some regular meat and vegetables, a combination of Chinese and Western, including steamed buns, but breakfast ends at ten o'clock. After 11 o'clock, it's afternoon tea. Afternoon tea consists of some tea, snacks, fruits, and yogurt, candy and bread. Anyway, they are all foods that children will like. It's nice to sit in the restaurant in the afternoon and have some snacks to rest. Good choice. The noodle buffet is also available in the evening. There are some handmade noodles, rice noodles, wontons, meatballs, vegetables, etc. You can pick up whatever you want in the bowl, and then hand it over to the chef, who will help cook it. The restaurant is not big, but it still has what it needs. Although it is small, it has all the essentials. When I went downstairs to check out, a housekeeper immediately came to ask me how I felt about my stay and whether I was satisfied with my stay. Of course my answer was yes, hahaha. The weather in Guangzhou is really cold, so the housekeeper immediately served us hot tea to warm our hands. Then they gave us small gifts, including masks, tissues, and hand warmers, which can be used on the road. The hotel has done a good job in these details and the service is in place. I will still choose this hotel next time I come to Guangzhou

Tell everyone about the advantages and disadvantages of the room, the real stay experience. Facilities: My room is Dyson's hair dryer, which I never thought of; the room does not have plastic slippers, it is best to prepare yourself, the bathroom does not have a non-slip mat, bare feet will fall into the bath will fall a dog shit; The air conditioner is central air conditioner. When I went there, it was still warm on the second day of the new year, but the noise was very loud. The air conditioner became cold air the next day. The staff said that it stopped at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night, but the air conditioner still had noise after all was turned off. Tell me that this sound is exhaust, there is no way to close. The cup for drinking water in the room is a paper cup, which gives people a low-end feeling. There is a paid condom box in the bathroom. My child asked me what I was, which was embarrassing! ! ! The screen projection TV I stayed in can watch VIP members, this is great. Hygiene: Hygiene is generally OK. After all, it is not a five-star. Environment: I took the room video, you can look at the interior, it is not bad. Surrounding: 40 minutes from the airport to the hotel, 25 minutes to Chimelong, 10 minutes to Taikoo Hui, it is very convenient to eat, drink, live and travel, convenient to have a Wal-Mart supermarket five minutes walk. KFC Pizza Hut pharmacy is nearby. Service: Let's talk about breakfast. I basically didn't have anything at 8 o'clock in the morning on the third day of the new year. It was also cold. It may be that there were not enough staff. The breakfast on the fifth and sixth day of the new year was much better. My room is on the 7th floor, I think it is still very quiet, no one else said noisy. There are also KTV and pedicure shops in it. I didn't go shopping for the specifics. In short, I will choose to go next time.

I booked 2 business rooms for a total of 6 nights. For the first 3 nights, we were unable to arrange an upgrade because the rooms were full. However, for the last 3 nights, we were upgraded to a larger executive room. Special praise should be given to the front desk clerk, Ms. Amy Wang. Her service is very good, very helpful, and her attitude is cordial, cordial, and worthy of praise. The hotel is very new and the public area is bright and clean. Only the facilities are lacking. There is only one restaurant and no executive lounge. Strictly speaking, it can only be a business hotel. The location is quite convenient. It takes 6-7 minutes to walk to Wanshengwei Station (the nearest exit A - Wansheng Plaza). It takes 5 minutes to walk. There is a tram to Pazhou Tower across the opposite road and you can take a straight line there. Canton Tower (20 minutes by car), taxi fare to Tianhe District and other places is about RMB 30, very convenient. There is Wansheng Plaza nearby, but there are few shops and restaurants. There is a relatively large square (Poly Plaza) across the road with many restaurants and shops to choose from. There are also Starbucks, 7-11, Mc Donald and some small restaurants near the hotel. All in all, the hotels are not too remote and quiet. I previously stayed in a business room on the 22nd floor [see pictures 6, 7, and 8]. Although the room was relatively small, the view was average [see picture 8]. But the floor cleaning housekeeping staff cleaned the room very cleanly and did a good job. But then I was upgraded to an executive room on the 18th floor [see picture 9-16]. On the contrary, the housekeepers who took care of the rooms on this floor were careless and casual. Every time I come back, it feels like it has not been cleaned, the trash has just been taken out, the bed has not been made, the supplies have not been replenished, and the used towels have not been completely packed away and are still left on the ground [see the last two pictures]. Therefore, I feel that the executive room on the 18th floor is worse and not as clean and comfortable as the business room on the 22nd floor. The lighting equipment in the room is not easy to control and not user-friendly enough. There is no independent night light function. Fortunately, the bathroom has an automatic night light sensor function, so you don’t have to go to the bathroom in the dark in the middle of the night. In addition, the bathroom and shower room share a pair of sliding doors, so the doors are heavier and the privacy is less. It would be more ideal if you are a family or couple. Breakfast: ¥168 for adults, ¥68 for children. But it’s not rich and there aren’t many choices. Overall, at this price, this hotel is a cost-effective and good business hotel choice.

The hotel apartment is much better than expected, and the staff is very kind. The room was spacious and clean, and I didn't encounter cockroaches or the like. The washing machine is friendly to the people on business trips. The surrounding area is also very convenient, there are various restaurants, coffee shops, and it is very close to the subway and bus station. The only drawback is that the elevator is slow.

A super good homestay. The day before I stayed at the hotel, I called the front desk to consult the front desk. Can I sign for the express delivery? The front desk was very enthusiastic and told the address. Because I came by car, I needed parking. The front desk also reserved a parking space in advance. It was really intimate. The hotel is large and the facilities are complete. The boss helped to take the luggage upstairs. The room was very clean. The room was large. The price in Guangzhou was already very high. The location was very convenient. It was fine to go anywhere. There were many places to eat around. The door was the City. I liked it. I will come to play and live here.

I stay here every time I go on a business trip. It is a very comfortable apar**ent with a convenient location and high cost performance. It is much better than the nearby hotels. Xiaoyi at the front desk is very considerate. She patiently helped me with room change and parking. She added the service number and was as friendly as a friend. I will come again! !
