The stay was very pleasant and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We are a family of 5 and we had 1 en suite double room and a room with 3 separate beds. We stayed from Monday to Saturday before we went back to London where we live. We had standard rooms which were fine for a short stay and we didn't upgrade them for rooms with seaviews. I would advise to bring an iron for your clothes because the hotel doesn't provide one for the guests. We got a discount for the 6 day stay because it was low season but I would advise to call the hotel directly instead of *********** to get a good price. For the discounted price I paid I think it was a very good choice for us! It was a nice surprise. The hotel amenities were good especially the pool area but the side elevation of the hotel via Rua Peru (which the main entrance is located) needs repainting, although to be fair to them they were doing a lot of re varnishing of the hotel timber structure ready for summer 2002-2003 I guess. The rooms were cleaned very well every day. We enjoyed the breakfast everyday which was nice and a great coffee! We also ordered food in the evenings in the pool area which was nice too. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel com ótima localização e excelente atendimento de todos os funcionários.
Café da manhã simples, mas bem servido, atende bem. Observação: o suco de laranja poderia ser natural (sem água e sem açúcar).
Quartos: merecem uma repaginada, principalmente nos banheiros, e janelas, além de uma limpeza nos ventiladores de teto.
Limpeza geral nas áreas comuns: ótima.
Estacionamento externo excelente.
Área da piscina: bem cuidada, mas deveria ter melhor iluminação noturna, pois é uma área bonita e agradável de se usar.
Piscina poderia ficar aberta, pelo menos, até às 22hrs.

O ponto forte foi o café da manhã, muita variedade. Mas não recomendo a propriedade para quem quer ter uma boa noite de sono, o ar condicionado é daqueles antigos, parace que você está dormindo dentro de uma turbina de avião, por esse motivo não voltaria. Nos arredores, me hospedei em Hotéis no mesmo padrão com ar condicionado de modelos mais novos e menos barulhentos.

O hotel é simples, mas fica muito bem localizado, em frente à Praia da Enseada. Possui agradável piscina com serviço de bar. O café da manhã é satisfatório. Nosso quarto tinha cama de casal e 2 camas estreitas de solteiro. Não oferece muito luxo, mas atendeu a todas nossas expectativas e voltaremos em outras oportunidades.

Tivemos alguns imprevisto com a disposição das camas, reservamos 4 camas de solteiro com 2 meses de antecedência, quando chegamos la havia 1 de casal e 2 de solteiro. Foi necessario solicitar 3 vezes para trocarem as camas e mesmo assim nos trocaram de quarto. O café da manha é bom, mas nos 5 dias que ficamos foi a mesma comida todos os dias. No mais, as acomodações sao boas, tv a cabo com todos os canais, pode comprar comida e bebida fora do hotel, piscina boa e atendimento bom.

O hotel, definitivamente, não vale o que cobra. O quarto é pequeno para 3 pessoas (no hotéis. Com consta bem maior). O banheiro é horrível. Vazamento na privada e boxe muito pequeno. A manutenção do quarto é muito ruim. O ar condicionado é o de gaveta - barulhento e gela pouco. O café da manhã é razoável, mas só servem suco industrializado. Não entendo a nota alta que ostenta nos sites de viagens. Luis Carlos de campinas

Fiquei em um quato, 159 muito ruin, cama horrível, banheiro minúsculo quarto apertado de mais, ar condicionado não funciona direito, porta massaneta de fora quebrada janela da em frente a uma parede, roupa de cama aparelhada e manchadas... chão liso parecia que tinha óleo... a cama um lado tinha buraco...nossa infelizmente não gostei do quato...tentei mudar assim que cheguei, mais não tinha quartos livres mais, pelo menos oque a recepção informou... nao índico...segundo outro hospede eu tive azar porque o quarto dele com varanda era Excelente...eu não posso dizer o mesmo....
