住的是冬至，這間房是蠻好的，也比較乾淨。但個人覺得客服的態度真的有待提升，這是我住過這麼多酒店裡為數不多的覺得這麼難溝通的。別槓，槓就是你對😭

看了很多評價，説這一家不錯。就定了這一家，前台的小哥哥小姐姐，長得漂亮，服務周到👍，給我們推薦了吃的玩的，，很值！地理位置是不錯，離東西巷很近的，出門就是景區，旁邊就是靖江王城，想吃飯買東西都很方便，出去進去都是走路就能到，，酒店性價比真的很高，服務貼心了，退房還送了伴手禮，整個入住體驗下來都有驚喜，很難忘的桂林之旅

很是驚喜的一家民宿!幫爸媽訂的，他們都好喜歡，回來説一定要給他們家5星好評，店就在王城景區，特方便，走路到東西巷都不用五分鐘。然後內部空間也很大，住起來很舒服。各項服務巨完善，離各個景點商區特別近，體驗感極佳!性價比極高，推薦推薦這家民宿，物超所值!

樓道的設計及房間的設計都比較禪意，房間裏也有泡茶茶具，地暖等貼心設計，但此次整體體驗感不佳，聯繫不上管家，要求乾淨安靜，卻感受相反。1.被子有污漬給管家反饋沒有人理會，
2.馬桶墊不合適也沒得換，根本就不合適。
3.樓下是乒乓球室很晚了還有人在説話，電視的聲音都被蓋過，早上很早樓下的喊叫又很大聲。
