They provide bath towels and soap, an ice bucket, a coffee maker, and a mini-fridge, but no electric kettle. Also, note that American mineral water bottle openings are different from those in China, so if you're bringing an instant portable hot water dispenser, be aware of this. Basic housekeeping is done daily, and bath towels are replaced every day. Parking is $35 a day; you get a code for in/out access, and the charge is added to your bill at checkout. If you plan to be out early and back late, nearby public parking lots are a very close and cheaper alternative at $12 a day. Service is typical American style: polite, but not particularly attentive. The billing process was a bit confusing, but there were no actual errors in the charges. Ctrip's follow-up service, however, deserves praise.
