I was shocked when a room service staff flung opened my door (my 2nd day)when I was changing to go out. My door was locked from inside, the Do not disturb was on but the staff opened the door without even warning. I was in my underwear, she, claimed she did not see the sign.. I didnt know service staff could just opened Guest rooms at her own discretion, voice my displeasure to the Manager on my way out but she did get back to me after claiming her staff opened my door even though my Do not disturb was on, sbecause Guests sometimes press that button wrongly. I am really disappointed with their approach. The room service staff wasn't really apologetic and insisted she didn't see the Do not disturb sign! She should have made very sure before opening my door with her set of keys. Imagine the worst, if it was a couple in room and she just flung opened the door!
