Nyce Hotel Hamburg City

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Hamburg train station and bus station. There are many restaurants around, very convenient. The room is also quite clean, and you can see nice wallpapers when you sleep on the bed. But what is more disappointing is the service of this shop. We stayed for two nights, and the door was opened inexplicably the next morning. At that time, the boyfriend didn't wear clothes in the room, and then yelled, and the man closed...We only saw that it was a woman but didn't see her face clearly. Asked the cleaning staff and they didn't admit that they opened the door. We asked the front desk and didn't answer. This is too insecure. The door was opened inexplicably. We had to take out our camera and put it at the door.

Hotel location is very good, the room is quite big, forget what is the room type, breakfast, more fruits, no food, breakfast, etc., only a variety of ham, because not driving the parking lot is not clear, has always liked Hyatt, worth a The hotel is suitable for children with children. It is not clear if they can have an extra bed.

The 24-hour reception was welcome, as we arrived at 11pm after a very long day travelling from the UK. The staff were all great: polite, helpful, cheerful. Nothing was too much for them. Because of the Queen's death, our flight was cancelled on 14 September. We had paid for three nights but because of that, we only had two nights in Hamburg. The hotel made up for it by giving us a free breakfast each day. That was such a kind gesture. The price was good, budget, I guess. The room was clean and big enough. The lift is quirky - small and slow, but no problem. Breakfast was good, though it's a bigger hotel than you would think from the outside and the breakfast rooms were a little overcrowded at times. The location is good. Just across the road and just around the corner from the railway station. I would recommend this hotel

Elevator still doesn’t work if anyone is wondering. We liked the place itself. Apartment was pretty basic but clean. Nothing much about the place itself to say or complain about. The location is another story. It’s close to the Hauptbahnhof (central station) where a lot of unfortunate down and out people hang around. As we were walking to the hotel at around nine pm someone with drug and/or psychiatric problems approached us and followed us to the door, talking in German the whole time. In the doorway two guys were sitting and offered us drugs but they were very polite and chill about it. All in all, an alright place, but maybe great for families (which isn’t the hotel’s fault).

Very Polluted !!! I had a room in the 5.Etage - the driving chair runs from 1 to 4.Etage, the steps to 1 are difficult to handle for walking disabled, and that to 5.Etage also - but I needed a room (it was after 21:00). The door to the room was hard to open, the room makes a bad impression, only the clean bed moved me to stay. In view of the stairs in the house I stayed in ”Room” No 51 ! The floor cover was very flawful, the electrical lines were very defectly shifted, the washing basin directly in the room, the television went not - probably the dirty remote control; a guide was not found for the device! Shower in the hall - toilet as well! THE HOTEL IS NOT RECOMMEND !!!
