Hotel room is very clean and spacious. The front desk staffs are very helpful and efficient. They add you to their WeChat and if you have any queries, within seconds they reply to your chat.👍👍. They front desk 君亭&陈雯, even give us free homemaker pear soup boiled by the hotel chief. So nice to have them during winter season.

For an international hotel I expected a little more English at the reception. However I got on with the phone translator. My room didn’t have windows, which I didn’t notice when booking. The two downsides were that it was harder to wake up in the morning because there was no sunlight, but worse the room was very hot upon arrival (heat set to 28°) and as there was no window and thus no ventilation, it was hard to cool it off.

The hotel was within walking distance from the train station, which was why we picked this location. It was not convenient other than its proximity to the train station. The rooms were spacious and updated. However, the facilities were not well maintained. There were mold in the room we first move in. It was so bad that we were having trouble sleeping. We requested to be moved to a different room the next day. The service desk was able to accommodate our request.

I looked at this hotel on Ctrip for a long time and I was not disappointed when I arrived! The hotel is very close to the East Station. The subway is just downstairs. The facilities in the room are very complete. The room is very clean and has no odor. Someone comes to clean every day and delivers fruits and snacks. The hotel elevator can only be entered with a room card. It is very safe. When you order takeout, a small robot will deliver it. It is super cute! The breakfast is rich in variety and very good. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful. A small gift was also given when checking out. Overall, I am very satisfied with this trip. I recommend this hotel to everyone☺️☺️
