Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Upon entering, the concierge was attentive and provided the necessary service and guidance. The lobby was splendid and looks to be a grand hotel in its early days. It looks real good now and didn’t regret booking it. The room is a little aged but has the necessary amenities. But basically everything is charged so pay attention to amenities in the room for what is free and what you have to additionally pay. We had the balcony room which faces the sea. Love it to relax and got some good videos of the airplanes leaving Jeju airport. Though you can hear the planes from the room, it wasn’t noisy and quite soothing. Then again, I was totally tired and slept like a baby. Would totally recommend the hotel but don’t expect much. Location is easy to walk to the market, about a good 15mins walk.

It is a place I often go to recently on business trips. When I came in December, Chris Mastree was also made in the lobby. ㅎㅎㅎ The airport is close and the city center is so good. The front desk staff are so friendly and especially the female staff are very friendly ㅎㅎ A little I checked late, so please contact me in advance and check if the schedule has changed. I will use it next time.

That is located in the middle of city centre. Really good location! Just one thing, when I booked the hotel, I left the comment regarding I would take my boyfriend who is an English and it was his first time to visit Jeju, so I requested to allocate a good room. But when we got a room key and when we went into the room, the door was opened and our room was not cleaned. I could see a few cigarettes on the floor as well. I was with the concierge and he also saw them and he looked quite freaked out. So he rang the reception straight away and showed us to another room. Anyway the new room was good and ac was working well. The bed was comfy. Just I am a bit disappointed about the cleaning service. As me and my boyfriend were really excited to stay there due to the good reviews.

The best place for a family trip! The location is a bit disappointing, but it is very spacious inside and has good facilities, so it is good for families. In particular, the swimming pool is heated, so it's good for swimming even in the winter, and the indoor pool is operated at different depths, so my child loved it. There is also a small kids cafe in the auxiliary facilities and it is very spacious so it is not a burden to walk around. Thank you for providing a room that reflects your requests for bed guard, location, etc. I think it would be good to go with Eco Land in spring/summer. I came in winter and the weather was rainy, so I didn't go to Eco Land and only used the hotel. The breakfast menu also has a great variety! I intend to visit again next time👍👍

Hotel is rather rigid with check-in time. Strictly 3pm, not even 10mins earlier. The sound barrier is bad - could hear thunder footsteps and shifting of furniture from above every night, and people talking as they walk past the rooms. Stayed 5 nights, no fresh bedsheets was changed throughout. Overall stay was okay. Nothing spectacular to compliment about, but I’ll choose to stay in another hotel next time.

Loved everything about this place. We came for a two night staycation and it was a fabulous get away from the city. The grounds are fantastic - there are peacocks, black swans, huge koi, a natural lake, two swimming pools (one outside particularly impressive), kids playground, indoor children’s room for little children, well equipped gym. The room was really spacious with large swivel tv, Marshall Blu tooth speaker, nespresso machine and Artelier Cologne shower gel/shampoo/body lotion/conditioner and soap. The breakfast room has lovely comfy sofas as well as tables. Breakfast was good and we spent a long time in the mornings just enjoying a long leisurely breakfast looking out at the garden. The attention to detail was superb, little extra goodies and just a general feeling that it was a cared—about place. Service was great, friendly and helpful but equally un-intrusive. This was such a nice experience as I’ve previously booked weekends away in China at big brand hotels and been really disappointed so I was apprehensive. Rose Garden Resort did not disappoint, we felt it was like being in a European boutique style hotel. It was so refreshing. We were here when it was wet and cold and we still enjoyed it - relaxing with books and at the indoor pool. We popped out into Hangzhou for dinner using DiDi which was easy enough. Highly recommended, we will be back again!

I found this small and beautiful exquisite garden among many homestays. It can be said that Yunxi is the cleanest and most detail-oriented homestay I have ever stayed in. From the bedding in the room, the utensils in the bathroom, and the various decorations in the sun room in the restaurant garden, you can tell that the proprietress, Sister Yan, is a person who loves life very much🌸 🌸🌸 Yunxi is also a warm homestay. There is no blunt butler service here. Some of them are Sister Yan who cooks breakfast for you and makes coffee for you. She reminds you to be careful of slippery roads and remember to bring an umbrella. Let’s make a serious evaluation: The hotel entrance is so small that I once wondered if I had gone to the wrong hotel because I booked an InterContinental hotel on Ctrip. When I arrived at the hotel, I repeatedly checked with the front desk to see if it was an Intercontinental. The front desk said that the hotel had been renamed a long time ago. Ctrip There is no explanation, this point is very important‼ ️After hesitating for a while, I checked in. The room looked good at first glance. It was quite big and had a bathtub. When I checked in at night, there was a constant sound of something hitting the glass every 30 seconds. No wonder the bedside thoughtfully prepared earplugs for guests. The water temperature in the shower was uncontrollable. There were police reminder stickers everywhere in the room. The hygiene details of the room Don't dare to look carefully. There are many kinds of breakfast, but the dining environment is too poor. Overall, it’s hard to give a high score. I wonder if these good reviews are really from my own stay?

先說位置，如果是專門去九溪徒步和玩水，那這個民宿非常好，就在九溪公交站附近，有收費停車一天30，非標安靜。民宿不大，但是有飄窗的房間很大很舒服，設施完善，空調壁暖都有，洗澡水很大，床墊屬於硬的。服務很好，親切又周到，驅蚊水，碘酒，牙線都是自取自用。唯一缺點，因為花灑的水太大，容易漫過隔離玻璃到馬桶的區域。附近有菜場，可以買水果和早飯，晚飯我們到景區的飯店吃的，也不算貴，要注意營業時間。哦，還有一個缺點，外賣很慢。
