West Lake Villa

A very satisfying stay. After reading the reviews and struggling for a while, I finally chose West Lake Villa. I was pleasantly surprised. The environment and sanitation facilities were all very good. The waiters were polite. The most praiseworthy thing was the breakfast, which had a wide variety of Chinese and Western food. It was the most satisfying of all the five-star hotels I stayed in. I will come again next time!

Hygiene: Very clean, it would be better if the toilet was disinfected and sprayed with deodorant Environment: The hotel environment is very beautiful, and I saw little squirrels in the morning Service: The staff at the lobby entrance are very warm and polite. Originally, a small suitcase could be taken by myself, but I enjoyed the enthusiastic service of the staff and was very satisfied 👍 Welcome fruits: bananas, apples, peaches and tangerines A very satisfactory stay experience 😊 A few minor flaws: First, there is a broken floor tile in the shower room, which is recommended to be replaced, after all, it is the door; second, the ceiling of the shower room is partially moldy.

The overall facilities and environment are very good. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities and decoration are very new. The Dyson hair dryer is easy to use. The service is very warm. The butler will deliver it to the room when you check in. It is worth taking the kids to visit the Constitution Museum.
