第一天在攜程訂房幫忙升級房間還不錯，第二天晚上凌晨隔壁房間比較吵 感覺隔音不是那麼好
第三天訂的房間也不展示有沒有早餐 也沒法選擇，到酒店後前台説沒有早餐需要199辦理會員 不辦理就沒有早餐 算了 早餐就外面隨便吃吃吧

前台服務特別好，給我們升級了房間，還貼心送了小孩拖鞋和牙刷，房間也很大很乾凈，送了很多飲料，退房時服務員還貼心給我們送了伴手禮，。小孩子們都很喜歡，早餐也還不錯，兒子想吃培根、還特意給他煎了一盤，兒子説很美味，吃得很開心

前台主動送上飲料, 下雨時送上雨傘, 代收快遞, 代送外賣, 24小時接聽電話解決各問題.
清潔(主清潔員縕玗)每天按住客不訂時"請勿打擾"時間外打掃, 每天打掃主動, 全面, 彻底, 仔細.
餐廳早飯種類非常多, 包括熱盤炒菜, 炒麵飯, 蒸包餃, 粥, 煎炸點, 現煮丸子湯麵, 燕麥, 沙拉, 糕點, 水果等.
經理主動幫忙追查失蹤快遞, 代打電話給快遞員追查
房間空間大, 設備貼心齊全, 空調舒適, 每天補給水, 飲料, 餅乾
酒店提供免費代洗衣服務, 洗乾完送到房間門口, 非常方便
美中不足: 隔音稍弱, 旁邊工地清晨拖工噪音影響睡眠; 抽風系統不足, 在廁所嗅到別住客抽煙(房間是禁煙的)
總結: 強烈推薦入住此酒店!

衞生：衞生一般，房間一股味道，衞生間異味，我朋友光着腳地上走兩圈腳底都黑了，小孩都不敢讓他去地上爬，毛巾也很舊，頭一天上海住的亞朵，差別有點大

服務：辦理入住時送了飲料，還給孩子送了小玩具，非常貼心，關鍵是我們衣服丟在酒店了，還聯繫我，把衣服寄給我們了，非常的感謝
