The location of the hotel is very good, just on the right hand side of the exit of Hangzhou South Railway Station, it is with the whole season and the cockroach. For what I needed it was great, however if you’re here to get to town and do the tourist stuff in Hangzhou, I’d recommend staying closer to town etc. the hotel was immaculately clean. Most staff spoke no English and had to use a handheld translation device. Breakfast was adequate. Chef reluctant to cook fresh eggs when there’s a bowl of overcooked cold fried eggs on display. Coffee was ok. Would like to think that staff should know of nearby restaurants, pubs etc. they really didn’t help when I asked to go to a pub.
