Grand Mansion 1903 Hotel 🏨 is still as good as ever. I stayed here with my children in 2019. The children liked it very much. Both the decoration and the service of the hotel are very good. Have breakfast in the hotel's century-old wine cellar. Freshly fried steak and omelettes are the specialties. They taste very good and there are many varieties of breakfast. When I came to Harbin again this year, I chose the Grand Gongguan 1903 Hotel. When I checked in, a handsome guy with a very nice attitude saw me bringing an old man and two children with him, and he even offered to give us a breakfast. The feeling of staying here this time is still very good. The waiters will meet all our needs. If I have the opportunity to come to Harbin again in the future, I will still choose Grand Gongguan 1903 Hotel.

Many of the previous reviews confirmed. We arrived late at night but were able to check in easily. The location was spectacular near many coffee shops and Russian restaurants. We even stumbled upon a nearby karaoke bar on the pedestrian street! It is near enough to walk to the Sophia Cathedral (which is seemingly closed). Ice and Snow World is far enough to need a car but close enough that it’s a quick ride. After hours of touring in the cold, the heated floors were much appreciated. The bathtub was also very nice.

Think this is a 4-5 stars hotel locally. The lobby is decent, not posh type. The rooms are cosy and beautiful. Kids like the kids room, toys and the sport car bed. All toiletries are provided and have kids version. Very thoughtful. Have a welcome fruits n snacks platters with high class mineral water. One thing we didn’t like about the hotel is it has a weird smell when we stepped out of the lift and walked towards our room. Like ‘salted fish’ smell. Not sure if it is from carpet or some food brought in by others. The smell was also in our room. The hotel is at a busy road junction facing Songhua River. Around there are many local eateries. We had a hard time finding suitable food for us and kids as their local food are mostly beef, lamb and duck innards and spicy. End up we took a taxi and went to a restaurant called Sheng Tian Fu, recommended by the driver. Taxi drivers not many are familiar with this hotel, and have to show them namecard. Not too difficult to get to attractions such as Harbin Polarpark, Sofia church and Zhongyang Street. More convenient to travel by taxi as these places are not exactly very near hotel and it can be cold walking a distance of 1-2km. Hotel provides decent breakfast with reasonable variety. Waitresses are friendly and proactive to chat with you and recommend you what to eat. One of them is called Xiao Liu, nice middle-age lady. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and may go back if we go to Harbin again and if the pricing of hotel is cheaper.

The child left his stuffed rabbit at the hotel and called the front desk. A girl named Jingjing found it for us in time and mailed it to us immediately. The service was excellent. Let’s talk about the not-so-good part. Because the window faces the atrium, you can’t open the curtains. People on the opposite side will see that the lighting in the room mainly depends on lights, but the lights are also provided by light *****s, spotlights, table lamps, etc. Ambient lighting is the main focus. People who like bright lights may find it a bit dim and depressing. Secondly, it is recommended that when arranging rooms for guests, the hotel should try not to arrange couples near parent-child rooms. The sound insulation effect of the rooms is not very good, which will be more embarrassing.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The subway entrance is just outside the door. It is super comfortable and convenient for traveling in the cold and cold Erbin~ The room is clean and tidy and has everything you need. My room has very good lighting. I took my children out to play and chose this hotel near Harbin Railway Station. The hotel is a single-family building with a very eye-catching appearance. In my memory, this is also a chain hotel. After entering, I was not disappointed. The front desk service was very good and the room was clean and tidy. The decoration in warm colors has a great atmosphere, the hygiene is very good, it is clean and bright, the facilities are new and complete, and the decoration style is biased toward business. All in all, a very good accommodation experience. I will choose this hotel again next time I come. Very satisfied with the service and distance.

This is a budget hotel and I asked for a budget room so my expectations were modest. However, what I received, was below modest from my experience. Room was warm enough and size was tight. Bed was ok but funny round shape. There was no division between bedroom and bathroom which made the shower experience too cold. Also I found a bug in the bathroom (alive). Location was very convenient, but even with that I wouldn’t repeat this hotel.

+ location was great, rooms were cleaned daily, facilities were nice and front desk staff was also nice. - a bit difficult to communicate if you are just visiting and don’t speak Chinese. One of the breakfast attendants was quite rude. I asked for water (in Chinese) and she wove her hand in my face, said “don’t have” and walked away. So I used the kettle of hot water to fill my bottle and the staff also seemed annoyed by that. Another time we asked if it was okay to get another coffee and she just wove her hand in our face. The other staff were good though.

The hotel was sufficient, nothing fancy. The room was well-appointed with the necessary amenities and the bed was comfortable. Complaints: the floor was extremely cold and the central heat didn’t work. They do provide a space heater, which worked fine. We found hairs on the bathroom sink and shower floor when we arrived. There is no soundproofing - we could hear kids yelling down the hall and adults too. There was also a man smoking in the hallway excessively. The location is good for visiting the cathedral and taking the metro. Overall, it’s a good value for the money but next time, I would pay more for a luxury hotel.

Recommended! ! ! Treasure Hotel in Harbin! It is a newly opened store. The room facilities are very new and clean. There is a smart toilet. The smart curtains are really convenient! Very close to the train station, get off the bus and come directly. It is also very convenient to go out and play. It is very close to the Red Street Morning Market and Central Street. Free parking is available at the door. Stayed for a few nights and didn't hear the big noise. The environment is very good and quiet. Highly recommended!!
