離地鐵站很近，衞生條件也不錯，但是隔音有點差，能很清楚的聽到隔壁房間和走廊的聲音，前台小哥態度不錯，打掃阿姨也很好

非常滿意的一次旅程，剛到店前台劉女士就貼心讓顧客選自己滿意的房型，熱情有禮貌，房間也是乾淨衞生。離店的時候我不慎把帽子落在酒店，前台劉女士主動聯繫我並幫我郵寄過來。還有一位不知名的工作人員，在看到我離店時行李多不方便，主動幫我打包紙箱便於我攜帶。在此感謝如家所有工作人員的幫助，讓顧客賓至如歸！

位置在哈爾濱西站和中央大街中間，交通方便。附近有大嫂鐵鍋燉、白楊包子等美食，避開中央大街的排隊高峯，很有性價比。酒店的衞生乾淨，服務很好，唯一不足是感覺部分設施有點老舊。總的來説讓我滿意，別去住中央大街，真的太堵了。打車很不方便。

酒店環境還不錯吧，不過就是有點漏風，感覺房間裏非常冷，温度都已經開了30度，有暖氣，不知道是什麼原因，晚上穿着棉襖睡覺都凍醒了兩次，還有就是，雙人床這個房間的早餐竟然衹包括一個人，太不合理了，去吃早飯的時候才發現，而且是考研的早上的時候才發現，

空間實在太小了，訂前沒概念，回老家過年臨時住兩晚。訂完了當天攜程上還便宜了。
早飯自助餐還行，服務也很及時。
位置不錯，背後就是地鐵站和公交站。
