印象最深就是前台，服務熱情。因為第一次來哈爾濱，選擇了離東站最近的這家酒店，前台小夥很耐心很詳細的介紹了怎樣到到達目的地的路線，還推薦了他家的早餐。快捷酒店居然能吃到這麼豐富的早餐非常驚艷。

特別感謝前台小姐姐，看我們帶着長者，免費給我們升級了房間。距離哈爾濱東站很近，步行七八分鐘。附近好吃的也很多。因為我們去的時候正是天氣炎熱，房間裏的空調太喜歡了。吃頓東北小燒烤，回來洗個澡，吹着小空調，無比舒服。還贈送礦泉水哦，以後還會來這裏住

服務：大哥嘎嘎熱情，臨退房還幫忙優化了一下出行線路。
設施：房間配套齊全，臨近哈東站，步行不到十分鐘蠻便利的。
環境：分為內外兩方面。店內：乾淨衞生；店外：附近基礎設施齊全（餐飲、娛樂、車站等）
