Most of the guests staying in the car give the car keys to the boss, so that the boss can move the parking space when he is away. The second is the environment inside the house, which is not bad. Generally clean and tidy. Just sound insulation is not good. When I went, it was during the 5.1 peak period. There were more people at the service desk calling to consult the room. It was a bit noisy. It was fine after 10 o'clock. Overall it is quite satisfactory.

房間比較小，空間比較狹窄！隔音不好，房間設施不齊全，例如沒有電吹風，沒有抽紙！服務前台缺勤，就是衹有一個前台，這個前台不在了，沒有替換，有問題的時候找不着人！不過，説實話，人員服務態度是沒有可以挑剔的！綜合來説，比上不足，比下有餘！至於説**攜程都高評分，我個人認為有點刷分的嫌疑！

不得不說，老闆及老闆娘非常熱情，地理位置也很方便，前門出去右轉是中央大街，後門出去右轉是紅磚街早市，重點是朋友生理期來不小心弄到床單，也沒有加收清潔費，水喝完了要買，老闆也說免費讓我們拿，真的很推薦，下次來還會選這間！

幾年前…應該是18年年底19年年頭那個時候帶老婆孩子、哥哥姐姐、侄女、外甥女來哈爾濱的時候住的這家店，當時應該是剛開業沒多久，都是新裝修的，我印象很深刻就是有個小院子、房間特別乾淨、衞生。所以這次帶朋友們過來，果斷選擇再次入住這裏，這次發現這裏除了離中央大街近，從後門出去到紅專街早市也就走路5分鐘，真的方便，而且她他家有個小院子，停車很方便，剛到哈爾濱落地或者從哈爾濱離開預訂送機去機場也很方便，去冰雪大世界和哈爾濱站的地鐵站700m走路10分鐘不到，真的很好，房間內很暖和，棒棒噠。必須點贊！

至今為止定過最差的酒店！沒有之一！正門在紅霞街，很小的一塊牌匾，司機都開過頭了也沒看到，要不是開着導航根本不知道已經到了！跟攜程上掛的圖片真的不能比，簡直掛羊頭賣狗肉！賓館是在一個居民區裏的，門口3個垃圾桶，一下出租車就聞到了臭味，隨行的小朋友都被薰吐了。進了賓館辦入住，前面還有一個人就聽老闆娘在那邊忽悠人家説他們家目前住滿了，但是房間很乾凈，還有另外一家店但不叫這個名字，可以帶去另外那家住，balabala一陣忽悠，本來也沒在意，後來等我們辦理好入住才知道房間是“真的”乾淨！衞生間一股返上來的臭味！真的是誰住誰知道！搞笑的是前台基本沒人，有什麼訴求客人都要自己動手滿足，除了監控沒有管理人員，外面隨隨便便就能進來，很沒安全感！因為後面17還定了一個晚上（我們入住是14號，中間幾天去雪鄉），但是雪鄉閉園了，那我們就要調整行程，想把17號的入住取消，商家死活不同意，還把鍋甩到平台那邊，説是平台不允許，從14號晚上開始搞這個事情一直到17號，甚至15號晚上還打了12345，不得不説哈爾濱的市民熱線真的是**，幫解決的是市場管理局的，態度差的要死，就一句你在哪裡定的房間就問哪裡怎麼解決！然後攜程就一直在中間調解，弄到17號那天商家説我們退的太晚了影響他後續的生意，要扣掉50%的費用，最後扣了我們40%的房費才讓我們退房！給人的感覺就是抓住一頭羊就給你死命的薅羊毛，強烈要求把這種黑心商家提出平台！不要因為一顆老鼠屎壞了一鍋粥！

在中央大街附近，位置很好，旁邊有個狗咖很棒，環境挺不錯的，床品乾淨整潔，尤其是賓館大叔超級棒，半夜來住也服務超級好，很滿意的一次住宿

非常棒的酒店，地理位置特別優越，非常的方便，就在中央大街和紅磚街的附近，出門就是早市，去防洪紀念塔和索菲亞大教堂也都很近！房間也非常棒，暖氣非常足，設備完善。最關鍵的是老闆人特別好，服務周到熱情。給我們推薦附近的吃喝遊玩，幫我們做攻略，下一次有機會一定還來。還住這裏！！！
