房源位置很好找，小區樓下有很多好吃的地方，房子很乾凈，通風也很好，床墊很舒服，姐姐特別熱情，東西都準備的特別全，細緻到洗臉巾和牙簽✌下雨還問我們帶傘沒有，洗漱衞浴分離很舒服。燈的造型很炫酷，可以看出小姐姐佈置的用心，超級推薦！！！

性價比超高，有家的感覺，屋子描述與實際完全相符，
面積大，小帳篷設計的別出心裁，還蠻舒適
房東設計裝修風格很獨特，此次民宿體驗滿分！
房屋配套設施齊全，洗衣機什麼的都有，地理位置也很方便，距離學院路很近，超市餐飲等附近都有。
房東也超級熱心，推薦入住！

房間和圖片一樣，洗衣機冰箱等都有，沒有空調，但哈爾濱不熱基本用不上。需要改進的是床上用品更換的頻率。另外就是晚上停車很困難，聯繫下午就得把車停好，不管是小區裏還是外。總體來説挺好，推薦。

入住房東姐姐家兩晚，小姐姐服務熱情，具體位置給畫了圖，簡潔明瞭；小姐姐是個熱愛生活的人，房間乾淨整潔，隨處可見的小擺件和飾品，屋內有一次性紙杯，社區桶裝水，櫃子內有厚被子；小區內有葯店、早餐店、診所，超市，門口有公交站，兩側都是各種門市店，出行方便，吃飯方便，下次去依然會選房東姐姐的家！
