第一次住潮漫酒店，就深深的愛上了這個酒店。前後院的停車場很方便、距離融創茂走路五分鐘左右很方便。酒店大堂乾淨整潔無服務人員很親切，還幫我拿了行李。房間寬敞落地窗，智能設備非常方便高科技滿滿！再説下空調熱水和隔音、真的非常滿意。早餐也是東北菜可口好吃！住一次你會愛上它！補充一句：店長很年輕很帥氣的小哥哥！

位置：靠近融創茂，樓下就有酒店的停車場，這一片都是各種酒店。
環境：大廳一進去就很亮堂，進門左手邊是前台，直麪的是餐廳。
房間：我住的是四樓，非常非常大的一面落地窗，屋子裡有投影儀。床頭自帶立體聲的音響，還可以一鍵播放輕音樂，這是我沒想到的。
因為我和朋友好久沒見了，晚上喝酒聊天到三點多，感覺房間隔音挺好的，沒有聽到任何除了我們房間之外的聲音。
早餐：早上睡到快九點，起床直接下樓吃了早飯，比較符合我的胃，有粥有清淡的小菜，還有其他的我不感興趣也沒太注意。
第一次住體驗感不錯，前台小哥哥小姐姐都賊有耐心，也特別温柔，下次朋友們回來還會再預訂，真不錯。

必須五星好評，入住體驗感太好了，潮漫酒店的每一個人，包括前台小姐姐小哥哥以及清掃的阿姨都很熱情，和五星酒店的服務不相上下，剛入住小姐姐就加了微信，有求必應，而且回覆很快，定了兩間房，都免費升級了房間，長者和孩子都很滿意，以後再來融創還會選擇這家酒店

房間挺大，明亮。
一整面牆的窗户，9月下旬，我衹能用空調降温。
設施比較舊。床舒服的。
服務不管前台還是餐廳保潔，態度都不錯，衞生有待提高
洗澡衹有頂噴，但是有浴帽。
其他服務: 員工洗衣機，無烘衣機，免費打印

定的簡選雙床房，因為前段時間下雨，在負一樓房間很潮濕，跟前台反應後幫忙免費升到樓上了。酒店對面就是融創茂和融創樂園，周邊吃的選擇非常很多，雖然這裏離繁華區遠了點，但是公交也很方便，這次哈爾濱之行非常滿意！

房間沒有座椅，衹有一個小牀頭櫃，櫃子特別破舊，衣櫃沒有放衣架，管前台要的。一樓房間特別潮濕！門不能反鎖。女服務員態度不好，提出沒有桌子的問題，不想解決，直接告知就是沒有。
