入住體驗挺好的，説實話，本來還挺擔心的，結果去了之後發現比想象的要好很多，屋內很乾凈，該有的都有，我朋友還擔心供暖不好會冷，結果完全相反，暖氣足足的，我朋友説後悔沒帶半袖了，我倆晚上幾乎都沒有蓋被子睡的，這個價位住到這樣的賓館，還是這樣的旅遊旺季，真的很良心了，老闆和老闆娘都是東北實在人，總之，非常推薦，另外説一下，這個賓館往出走一咕嚕就是哈工大，還有哈工大地鐵站，無論打車還是公交還是地鐵都挺方便的，推薦，此次哈爾濱兩天之旅完美結束。

太給力了!!賓至如歸，像家一樣💓🥰🥰在哈爾濱住的最温馨滿意的一家房間暖氣熱水很足，是地暖跟老闆提要求啥的也都很耐心聽取和滿足（還以為會嫌我們煩來着結果態度特好!!上下樓都幫提箱子，笑嘻嘻的，感覺特別親切哈哈

位置挺方便的，服務貼心周到，到了之後箱子都是大哥給拿拎上樓的，走的時候大哥還給我們拎出來送我們，而且很房間乾淨整潔，雖然我們的房間是公共衞浴但是很方便就在我們房間門口，而且而且劃重點是蹲便哦！環境清幽舒適，服務方面非常不錯，尤其是酒店員工熱情友善，讓人心情愉悦，衞生清潔，服務品質，每一個服務細節都做得非常到位，讓人非常滿意。服務態度熱情周到，給人留下非常深刻的印象，我們退房的時候有點超時了本來是要收超時費了但是姐給我們免了，人真的超好！！！！

交通便利，整體還可以，就是晚上睡覺感覺不知哪裡來的一股味，不讓提前離店。洗澡水挺熱的，就這個價格來説還行了。適合簡單歇個腳。

服務很好~錢包忘在賓館老闆幫忙找到了。唯一有點尷尬的問題是衞生間的燈關閉之後還是有光線，，，不知道是不是老化了

標準大床房，比較小的空間，有窗，一層非常潮，被子都是潮的，廁所如果不是有一道玻璃隔着，就是直接挨着床的，如果關窗廁所會有明顯異味傳來。
設施：有一次性牙具，熱水壺，塑料拖鞋，沒有吹風機
環境：窗外正好在施工，早上不到七點就開始大聲喊號子，扔鋼筋
