The hotel was amazing with helpful friendly staff and the rooms very clean and modern with attention to detail. My only issue for a 5 star hotel was the breakfast, not much for westerners and cereals very stale where they have not been replaced with fresh cereals for a while. Apart from that, I would stay there again.

因為離南嶽大廟近，我們就選擇了衡山兩個五星酒店之一的君雅雲際酒店。酒店車免費高鐵站接送，司機禮貌周到，門僮微笑招呼，前台辦理入住專業迅速，我們的管家紫言拿出地圖給我們介紹衡山旅遊的路線，還為我們升級了房間。房間正對衡山，視野開闊。房間設計簡潔實用。床比較軟但睡着舒服。床品和洗浴用品檔次都不錯，晚上很清靜，能休息好。早餐豐富，食材新鮮，還有現煮的粉或麪，會有選擇困難，哈哈。另外，酒店每天在房間放水果，飲料，牛奶等，還免費提供下午茶和夜宵，如果去爬衡山，天氣不好，酒店還提供登山杖和雨披，毛巾，真是關懷備至。客房服務也很盡責，送水果，水也多留兩瓶，還叮囑我，有事就打xxx號碼找她們，很感動。最後要説一下，酒店的晚餐其實也很不錯，嘗試了兩次，點了不同的菜，大廚的手藝是很可的。下次來衡山，還住君雅雲際酒店。

設施：設定很新，衞生間衣帽間部局很合理
衞生：床品不錯，枕頭很舒服
環境：酒店整體很有禪意
服務：服務方面相對其他來説，是最優秀的，每位服務人員都很親切，包括停車場的保安師傅
臨走還送了一袋小零食和飲品
雙人下午茶:下午茶品種不算多，米酒雞蛋醪糟、桂圓紅棗雞蛋是比較有特色的湖南小吃
水果牛奶:每天都有新的水果牛奶和小零食
還有宵夜
最後早餐，非常豐富，中西都有很多選擇，現磨咖啡真是太棒了
下次有還願的機會還會選擇入住

酒店位置方便，距離景區非常近，步行就可以了，酒店庭院環境優美，房間衞生乾淨整潔，真會設施建設齊全，早餐豐富，自助早餐，品種多樣，酒店前台管家服務很好，很熱情，辦理入住很快，好貼心，還有免費的下午茶和夜宵，還可以接送高鐵站，真的很不不哦，推薦大家。是衡山最好的酒店

酒店服務好，服務管家熱情周到，酒店前台服務好，可以免費寄存行李，房間衞生乾淨整潔，都是一客一換.酒店設施齊全，恨舒適很新。環境也不錯五樓有一個空中花園，現在這個季節，花都開了景色恨好，酒店位置夜不錯距離景區很近步行即可到達位置方便對面就是吃的玩的很推薦，早餐都很豐富品種繁多種類齊全離店還給我送了特產推薦

第一次入住，酒店周邊便利，位置很好，離幾個主要景區都很近，很方便，步行過去六七分鐘。酒店大堂乾淨明亮，環境很好，後面還有一個庭院很漂亮，整體環境很不錯。前台的服務熱情，辦理入住也很快，房間設施設備齊全，衞生乾淨舒適，還配有免費的水果酸奶，免費享用下午茶和宵夜，自助早餐品種也很多，酒店還提供免費洗衣服務，個人覺得性價比超高，前台管家羅瓊主動熱情，專業周到，酒店有車接送高鐵站，退房還送了礦泉水和特產，酒店整體很舒適，下次還會選擇。圖片是從酒店房間內拍的，景色優美。

這家酒店服務人員態度很好，有問必答，細心的指引去景區的方向和位置。前台管家小姐姐們服務很熱情很貼心！景點離酒店很近，位置超好！房間物品擺放整齊，衞生乾淨，環境設施都很不錯，有健身房洗衣房，周圍很方便，晚上週邊還有很多小吃夜宵，早餐豐盛，整體感覺都很不錯，住的舒適～免費停車場方便，下次出行還選擇這！

很滿意，地理位置挺方便的，環境好，重點細節好評，上樓要刷卡，私隱信很高，電梯口每個樓層都有礦泉水隨便喝，給升級了房間，贈送水果飲品，衞生乾淨整潔，不臨街也不太吵，入住服務到位，基礎設施較全，管家服務不錯，主動熱情，告知酒店增值服務，早餐也品類齊全，住店還可以免費洗車，很驚喜的體驗，離店還會詢問入住感受，以及建議，總體來説，是個不錯的選擇!
