It is relatively convenient to get to Cullersburg, the bus station and the central square. You can almost reach it by walking 500 meters. Take bus 2 to Knossos Palace. The hotel staff are warm and friendly, and the breakfast is rich and constantly improved according to our needs. The hotel can also help with sightseeing arrangements. Because it is difficult to go to Spinalonga Island in the off-season (it is closed on weekdays), but Mary helped contact the taxi driver, carefully planned the route and plan for us, and continued to discuss it. The room is very good and the location is perfect, close to the bus station and taxi station, and the large supermarket and fried chicken next to it are great! I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel in Heraklion. We found the Lavris Suites exceeded our expectations. The quality of the rooms and the amenities were as good as any 4 star hotel we have stayed in. The GM Dimitris and his assistant Mary were super helpful. Check in process was very easy. Very convenient to the bus station and downtown.

Our check-in was very quick with the polite and efficient front desk agent. She promptly answered all questions that we had. The property is new and in very good condition with the location 2 blocks to the ferry port and approx. 6 blocks to the Center of town. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect for being close enough to walk yet there were a number of reserved parking spots for us out front. The woman who worked during the day was THE nicest person. Loved everything about our stay and there was even a bakery just a few steps from the hotel for pastries and coffee. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
