All we can say is wonderful! We managed to book a really great deal (1 night at the hotel with breakfast, 2 days of Legoland park entry) for our family and the hotel was beyond great! The room (suite) was huge, really clean, quiet. The breakfast was nice, they even provided us with gluten-free bread for our son and they staff was really polite and helpful. We also tried the restaurant which was amazing: the soup tasted wonderful and the kids meal (fish with potatos) tasted amazing! Altogether: a perfect experience, can’t wait to go there again!

…and dreadful staff. Close to Legoland, but a little off the beaten track and reasonable pricing. Target group are mainly families visiting Legoland. Best advice (except other hotel): Lock your door while you are in room ! Just checked in, dropped the luggage and was on my way to the shower when housekeeping walks in unannounced. And this happened twice in a 3ngt/stay once while do not disturb was signaled. pro: location price free parking cons: staff breakfast cleanliness

Auf unserem Rückweg aus dem Süden haben wir hier gestern Nacht einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt. Das Hotel wirkt sehr neu mit modernen und großzügigen Zimmern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, unser Frühstück wurde uns auf eigenen Wunsch aufgrund einer frühen Weiterfahrt als Lunchpaket zusammengestellt. Parkplätze stehen in ausreichender Anzahl direkt am Hotel zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

This a really nice hotel in every aspect. The rooms are larger and extremely comfortable and are spotless. The bar area is really nice and welcoming. The restaurant is very good and the quality of food is very good. The breakfast is one of the best I have had at a hotel in Europe. The staff are very helpful and extremely friendly nothing is to much trouble. The hotel has underground parking with a fee payable per night. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the city center and the train station. Once in the center there are many restaurants to choose from and if you have time at the weekend you can explore the old town of Ulm just a couple of minutes from the city center. I will recommend this hotel to colleagues who come to work in Ulm and also friends and family if they visit Ulm. Thank you to all the staff and management who made my stay so enjoyable..

Nice modern hotel, we chose a queen bed room which was adequate. Mattress was really comfortable! There is air conditioning which was very nice! Those with allergies should perhaps know that the rooms have carpeted floors. Outside parking 15 €, we honestly found it too expensive. Breakfast buffet was nice, fully automatic coffee machine with fair trade coffee, tea selection, fresh ginger and lemon... delicious croissants... the great thing, you can have breakfast on the terrace... The staff were all very friendly :-)

Although Maritim is a major chain in Germany as well as throughout Europe, this is the first time my wife and I stayed in one of their properties. All in all, a great hotel offering some incredible views of the Ulm Minster and the Danube. The check in was very easy with most desk clerks having various language skills. What I didn't like was how much more parking and the breakfast was added on to the stay. Still, I must say that the any breakfast offering champagne says a lot to us as we always enjoy several glasses before hitting the pavement to walk the city. We also closed out our evenings each night enjoying more wine and/or champagne. Next time, perhaps we will dine up here in the restaurant with a panorama view overlooking the Danube and the city. This place had an indoor pool; however, the water was not warm. Perhaps that was intentional to dissuade usage in this COVID environment. As Germany continues to open, I may have to start checking this chain out as we were overall impressed.
