起初以為是2小層的小別墅，入住才知道3層＋負層連接停車場，非常方便！入住的三樓，有户外陽台露台，配套設施齊全，還有麻將桌，非常驚喜了。因為入住較晚，店員耐心等待和指導，非常貼心。温泉離別墅不遠，走路5分鐘這樣，水上樂園挺大的，小孩子很喜歡。可以考慮帶一家人來遊玩，體驗感非常好了。

無良商家，根本無法居住，房間衞生差到離譜，滿屋各處發黴，被子是臭的，設施全是老破舊無法使用。中午12點看了房間就想退了，商家態度及其惡劣，説房間就是這樣的都是實景圖愛住不住，退房不可能，之後叫個收拾衞生的阿姨極不情願的過來丟了幾雙還是臟的拖鞋就完事了。一家人開了幾小時車過來也不能回家，當天在旁邊正規酒店開的房間，真是憋了一肚子氣，這種商家必須投訴12315，避免大家上當。房間實景圖如下。

位置不錯，在客天下里麪。服務很好，管家還幫我們在到店之後升級了一個可以唱歌的房間，之前預訂的時候沒細看，加錢升級含了項目，我們選擇了温泉票。温泉池很多！房間也都很簡約的，主要是乾淨衞生。環境很舒服～愜意

酒店就在景區別墅羣裏，環境還不錯，景區的水上樂園還沒有開，管家説要5月才開，推薦去水晶温泉和冰雪樂園，喜歡拍照的可以去水晶橋，小朋友喜歡挑戰的話，可以去恐龍探叢林樂園。
