Misty Mountain Inn

I was here for a week with my dogs. Really nice place and quiet. So many things to visit around. Bell Mountain, the Vogel state park, Tallulah George State Park,Brasstown ball ,the highest point in Georgia, Helton Creek falls. Amazing hosts

Very comfortable accommodations. My wife and I are looking to relocate to this area and used this as a home base to be able to explore. This cottage was close to town and great places to eat. We met both owners and they were very nice and welcoming. We plan on coming back in the near future to resume our house search and will definitely stay here again. 10/10

Beautiful lodge & friendly owners! My husband & I spent the weekend at the lodge and are definitely going to return! Great place to stay if going day hiking or exploring Blairsville! A+++highly recommend!

Loved our cabin "The Nesting place". Very clean and tranquil, most important it felt like we were home!!!!aMet Mr. Walsh upon arrival, very nice and attentive. Mrs. Walsh was very helpful and nice too.

Misty Mountain Inn gets a 5 out of 5 in my book! Our family stayed there to celebrate my uncle’s birthday. The rooms were extremely large and inviting with really soft padded carpet, individual quiet A/C units for each room, comfy beds and was beautifully decorated. The facility had whimsical ducks, gorgeous flowers, and we especially loved watching the many hummingbirds playing and resting near the porch. We enjoyed being able to share a home cooked family dinner together. The kitchen was easy to use and had all the basics. Would recommend Misty Mountain for family reunions, a couples retreat, or even just for an overnight hike resting spot

We enjoyed our visit to Misty Mountain Inn & Cottages. Only able to stay one night but it was nice to revisit a place we had been several times over the years. Very excited to see the inn welcoming guests again! The new owners have done a wonderful job! The Inn is beautifully furnished and the property is well maintained. From booking to checking out everything was very easy and convenient. Stayed in the Appalachian Room which has it’s own entrance and is on the first floor. Very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast ready for us the next morning. Sarah was very sweet and we will definitely be back!

We were in town for two nights in mid-June for a family event and stayed in the Seafarer Suite in the Inn. It was lovely - the room was on the second floor and had a living room area with a couch and a fireplace, and a bedroom area with a king bed (all one room). The room was pretty, decorated with a nautical theme, and the bed was comfortable. The owners were absolutely wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. We had no problems at all during our stay, but I felt like they would have helped us right away if we'd needed anything. The tv was Roku and it was easy for us to log into our own streaming service accounts, plus it allowed us to set a time to log us back out automatically. We only ate breakfast one morning, but it was delicious - fresh fruit, bacon, french toast bake, and yogurt. The Inn is an old house, so it's lovely and has a lot of character, but it can also be a little noisy (you can definitely hear it when people are going up or down the stairs). At night, we could hear frogs conversing in the pond, and we saw fireflies. The mountain setting is beautiful. We had a great time and would absolutely stay again.

We loved this place! The Walsh’s have a beautiful old house they have turned into this amazing B&B. Check in was so easy. It was quiet, clean and the chickens were a lot of fun to watch. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone staying in the Blairsville area.

A nice place to rest our heads at night! It was “off season “ so no breakfast being served until March 1. But the owner was available and quickly answered our few requests.
