As “luxurious” as it looks its not. Check in took about 45 minutes. As someone who works in the hospitality industry my hotel & many hotels I’ve stayed at have a check in and check out separate line. It was even more disappointing to wait in line to be told to wait when they should have the extra bell men who are waiting around to tell the guest to wait in the lobby instead of waiting in the long line. The receptionist I had didn’t ask how I was no warm greeting she just asked for my passport. It’s already giving me a sour taste. Get to my room it was very clean, the room has some neat tech features I thought were so cool. The room & the roof top pool is the only positive thing I have to say that pool is incredible. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the weekend way too many families with kids & the music is so loud. You can’t really enjoy the pool without kids being loud and peeing in the pool. The food was ok. To be honest if they have a facility day pass I’d do that unless the manager decides to have a meeting with the team to be better to never tell a guess “no” and separate check in lines. Absolutely stunning lobby, with a majestic spiral staircase. Classy room, very stylish with high end fittings and a gorgeous bath tub. Free mini bar with soft drinks. Hotel is in district 3, so about 2.1km to downtown, however, it’s only a 30 minute walk and there are many restaurants and coffee shops on the way plus the main museum is a few minutes away. Lovely pool area and attentive staff. The background music is lovely and there is an excellent pianist who plays around 17:00. stayed here 2 nights and loved my stay here.

The hotel located near to the central of Ho Chi Minh City District, you could walk to the Central Post Office or the Cathedral for 15-20 minutes. The services and facilities in the hotel are excellent and clean. The staff are polite and really helpful. They introduced the recommended restaurants nearby with patience and detailed information.👍👍 The in-room dining food are very delicious and superb quality.

Way better than those air bnb that i had booked before i decided to come back to hcmc and stayed at Sherwood. The receptionist and their team are professional. Told the house keeper there was some leaking from ac. Their technicians came and problem solved right away with in 20 mins. Old school furnitures but all well maintained and super clean. Not just that the condos are close to everything. 20 mins from international airport, 5 mins to district 1. The street are super crowded during rush hours but all one way make it easier. I have 3 boys 11, 9 and 3. They all love that place. It feel like home. There are pool and kids play room my little guy loves it. It super convenient location. My family and I will definitely recommend to friends and family who are going to visit Hcm c.

First of all, the staff is most helpful and friendly, but this is pretty much the standard practice of most, if not all, of the hotels in Vietnam which I have visited. Then the room is very, very spacious, so much that there is even a treadmill in there! The breakfast is very nice. But above all, the laundry room is a real surprise: it has not only multiple washing machines in there, but also several driers as well! For business or even family travelers who have to stay in the city for more than a few days, this facility, of course, really comes in handy. If I have to pick a bone, it would be the very dim lighting in the room; if this can be improved, it would be perfect. Definitely I will come back again!

The room is clean. The location is also good. The bad thing is the breakfast, not much varieties. We stayed there for 4 days. The first day we get up early and food were still available even though not variety. The second day, we went for breakfast at 9AM, everything empty only bread and one curry left, I asked for white rice to eat with curry but they mentioned that no more. Then the 3rd day, we went early around 8:15/8:20, also same nothing left even no rice. We really disappointed and the last day we even didnt go for lunch, we just order from Grab.

I stayed at Lotus Saigon for a few days and I got to say that I am very pleased with my stay. I would absolutely choose this hotel again for my next visit. The location is a little off from the main district 1 areas but if you like walking, it is within walkable distance (ie around less than 30 minutes' walk). The pillows were however too thin for me and probably most guests. I think they need to change their pillows probably wholesale as my friend is another room also complained about the pillows. I could have requested for extra pillows like my friend but was too tired and lazy to do so. The shower was reasonably clean even though the fittings were quite old.

This hotel is 30 mins drive from the airport and within 5 mins walk of the airport bus route (on way in) and grab taxi route (on way back, but be aware you need to pay 10000 additional for the drivers parking in cash). The 3 younger hotel staff and operations director, are welcoming and really friendly and provide great service. There's an older guy who's none of these things but the others more than make up for it. The room itself is amazing. We stayed in the suite, complete with large balcony, kitchen area (fridge, freezer, hob, kettle, microwave). 2 ac units created a perfect temperature. Two tvs (if you can make them work you're cleverer than me lol) Ample wardrobe space, great bed, lounge area and very hot powerful shower. 15 minute walk to the Palace, notre damn and post office and a small shop around 1 min away. 5* Highly recommended!

Came here for a few nights as apart of at tour. The location is very central, on a busy street opposite the park, but there are few bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. Parts of the building are renovated and some not. The facilities are variable with no bar, just a fridge. The rooms are also variable as is the cleaning of them. Don’t get a front room as road noise is high. Some windows are hard to close and the TV has no European language channels or news. The bed in our room was a king size base with a double mattress, so we kept catching our legs on the corner. The service is slow and variable quality, while the breakfast was limited to eggs, bread and jam. Nothing is really bad, but also not very good either…

Excellent hotel and great value. Check-in/out flawless. Staff are all very kind and lovely to deal with. The hotel itself is very modern. The location was excellent with 5 different restaurants within 50m and most attractions within 15 minutes by Grab (Asias version of Uber which is extremely cheap $3). The room came equipped with a kitchenette / cooking essentials as well as a fridge and washing machine. Note a wash & dry cycle takes 4 hours as it’s a combo unit. The bathroom and shower was heaven! Also housekeeping do an excellent job and keeping everything in top order. Cocotte is the on-site restaurant that provides breakfast which was basic but good. The staff there are also amazing and helpful. The pool was excellent and we enjoyed a couple of hours a day there cooling off from the hot weather. The only feedback we have for the hotel which stopped them getting 5 stars is the bed was not comfortable for us. They are as hard as a rock :( Other than that, our stay was excellent and we would definitely stay here again! :)

It is very comfortable. The whole family has set up a villa for a trip. It is a very comfortable environment. During the epidemic, relax in the small courtyard of the villa and feel quiet when you are empty. Soaking in the hot springs in the private hot spring pool of the villa is a great pleasure. Although it is raining all the time without luck, it is comfortable enough. The hotel service is very attentive. There are fruits, milk, and supper every day. I have to say supper, a bucket of fried noodles or fried noodles, and a bucket of lean meat porridge. The taste is very good! Will come again and will introduce relatives and friends to come!

If you take the eyeplugs, how about one night for the price?
