Beautiful hotel with plush furnishings. Hotel rooms were super nice and very comfortable beds. Location couldn't be better - it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do or a short ride over for anything further out. Food at the restaurant was great too. Honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The best part of our stay were the staff. They were the nicest, most hospitable and friendly people that went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure we were having a great time. We regretted not hugging every single person that went out of their way to look after us (it was all of them). We'll be back!

Exceptional service - staff are always attentive to our needs and very helpful. Make great recommendations for sightseeing, transport, food etc. Room has an excellent view of the city and even from the bathtub! Bath salt is also provided. Good location and walking distance to many places but we took Grab most of the time as the rides are inexpensive and the drivers always reach within 5 mins. I will not hesitate to stay at Pullman if I am in HCMC.

Take a taxi from the airport to around 135K. You can take a bus to Fanwu Lao Street, but it's very slow. The hotel is not far from the main attractions, just walking.

At first we registered our child plus 1 adult for one room yet the child no stay and we want to change 2 adult per room , just 2 hours difference , staff requested us pay extra fee another 200000vnd for exchanging person .. Its really ridiculous as staff told registered on system so should be the same person .. We feel like as robbery in day time .. This is also last time we booked this hotel ..The way 2 guys front dest talk aslo unfriendly when we keep asking and he told us *** pls let me talk first the u talk ok**** hello we came here to stay and pay not come for free.. Pls dont treat us as beggar .. its standard of 3 stars hotel

Great friendly staff from the front office (David, Jenny, JoJo and Jin) to bell boy (Johnny). Everyone are so friendly and treated my like friend. The rooms are spacious with separate living/bedrooms. The room also has a small counter space/sink, which is nice to have. The buffet breakfast is not as grand as some other hotels but it makes up for the quality. All hot items are to order from the menu (included) and made-to-order. There is a nice coffee shop at the entrance to hangouts or reserve a private room for a meeting. The location is convenient as it's located in the Ben Thanh Market area, just walks away.

Totally love this hotel, for the priced I was offered the smallest room at the highest level, 7.. however as someone with a large, heavy luggage, there were some flight of stairs that i had to take to access to the next building, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase on my own.. Room is very much 95% soundproof which helps a great deal!

The location is really central but the area is quite (can't say the same for some guests on Sunday but luckily during week nights it was quiet). They offer free breakfast and you can choose between three different sets of menù, all cooked. You can have breakfast on the upper terrace with hammocks and tables and even a kitchen with food (mostly local), drinks and free laundry (tou have to do it on your own). The staff is nice but nothing special, I didn't feel any personal connection. They also have a bar downstairs which serves drinks and some food (snacks). You can walk to most places around the city from there and there are many places to eat around it. I felt safe, the design is nice and the wifi super strong. I would come back here should I go to HCMC again.

I think the hotel prices and star standards in Ho Chi Minh cannot be compared with those in China. The four-star hotel here is just an express hotel in China, or even worse than an express hotel. This hotel is very small, but in Ho Chi Minh apart from the international Outside of chain hotels, they are basically hotels in local residential buildings. Just because I only stayed in Ho Chi Minh for one night and then went to the island, the hotel has such high requirements. This hotel is relatively new, the service is good, and there is no other mess. Arrogant charges and disrespectful behavior towards the Chinese people. The hotel is very close to Pham Ngu Lao Street. Just go downstairs and cross the road to the commercial street opposite. If you care about the hotel environment and service, stay at an international chain. If you just look at the price and distance, this hotel is okay.

Staff are extremely kind, friendly and welcoming. They also have excellent recommendations on where to eat and places to go. The place is ideally located within walking distance to most attractions such as the post office. It is very easy to feel safe and comfortable here. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. You will feel completely comfortable here due to the good nature of the staff. The rooftop also has a very nice chill vibe with a good seating area. Would 100% recommend 10/10.

I stayed here in Feb 2019. First, I booked for 4 nights only but then I liked the location, the staff and cleaniness, I decided to stayed in this hotel 2 more times in March 2019. The hotel was about 1 year old. I stayed in room 401 and 501. AC worked fast. Room was clean. Lots of restaurants around including a vegetarian one. There was also a catholic church near by. Staff were super nice and friendly (especially Bich Lai). The owner of this hotel also has 2 more older hotels near by (Bloom hotel 1 and 2). I stayed at the Bloom 2 (Or Hoang Hotel) for 3 nights due to the Saigon Park was sold out. (Both hotels were few steps from one another) However, I don't like the Hoang hotel much since it was a bit dated. Overall, I liked the Saigon Park hotel, but I can't give it a 5 star rating. There is no tissues in the room and no free daily bottle of water. Also, the AC does not automatically on after you insert the key card into the slot. You have to remember to turn it on all the time.

I love it here! First of all, the staff was great and kind. Easy check in. Although the manager is not always resident, it will contact you in advance through the communication software (I use what's app) and reply any questions quickly. The location is great too, very nice place, close to the city center! Walking distance to the main attractions of Ho Chi Minh City's First County where you want to go. The top floor is equipped with washing machine and dryer, free self-service laundry, and a comfortable balcony. The room has a kitchenette, pots and bowls of kitchenware and an induction cooker microwave. Great shower, fast wireless network. A large water dispenser is provided in the lobby, providing clean, hot or room temperature drinking water! I will stay in Ho Chi Minh City next time and highly recommended.
