Make great recommendations for sightseeing, transport, food etc. Room has an excellent view of the city and even from the bathtub! Bath salt is also provided. Good location and walking distance to many places but we took Grab most of the time as the rides are inexpensive and the drivers always reach within 5 mins. I will not hesitate to stay at Pullman if I am in HCMC.

In general it is a very good hotel. I am appreciating in particular the attention to the customer. Room quite spacious with all amenities, including espresso coffee machine. Excellent Breakfast with a large choice of food. Lounge at 23 floor as a lot of choice of food and drinks at happy hour. Very good also the swimming pool. Negative aspects in my opinion are only the gym, which could be bigger and more equipped and the SPA, that I found too expensive compared similar services in HCM.

The staff were very pleasant, communicated well, and assisted with the organization airport transfers. The apartment was spacious and clean, and offered all of the amenities we needed. The pool was a refreshing break in a hectic schedule. Altogether, a great place to stay.

Its really ridiculous as staff told registered on system so should be the same person .. We feel like as robbery in day time .. This is also last time we booked this hotel ..The way 2 guys front dest talk aslo unfriendly when we keep asking and he told us *** pls let me talk first the u talk ok**** hello we came here to stay and pay not come for free.. Pls dont treat us as beggar .. its standard of 3 stars hotel

Totally love this hotel, for the priced I was offered the smallest room at the highest level, 7.. however as someone with a large, heavy luggage, there were some flight of stairs that i had to take to access to the next building, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase on my own.. I was scared. I stayed alone as a woman. They said there was a party tonight~ I joined the party thinking it went well. They keep forcing me to drink I went out, sobered up, and went back in. They were in the process of tearing down their place. But, excluding the men, 5 women are going to their hotel. I got a strange feeling from the atmosphere where everyone was going. I pulled up all the blinds in the room I was staying in. I'm the only one, and the carrier over there seems to be for camouflage(?)... I had a personal feeling, so I ran away at dawn. I'm a little scared here ㅠㅠ

He gave me warm welcome.. When i asked about where can I take food he showed me in clear way. He was wonderful staff.. next to the room.. the room was clean and all facilities work well from AC to water. I got nice view from my balcony. I think that's enough for me to recommend this hotel for all single traveler and I glad to choose this hotel.. once again great job Saigon Cactus..
