優點：複式公寓適合一家人入住，樓上樓下均有衞生間，洗澡洗漱方便；空間大，傢俱佈置簡約。
待改進：一進屋有很大的下水道返潮的味道，開窗通風，排風扇一直開都散不去；衞生紙洗漱用品不全（不過出門都習慣了自帶）房間沒有空調，尤其是二樓晚上睡覺開一晚窗都熱醒很多次。

小區非常亂，根本沒地方停車，坐電梯要小心，夾人夾住了都不自動打開，房間看着是兩層其實樓上那層是空的什麼都沒有，廁所的門鎖是壞的，鎖不上，空調滴水管是用盆接着的，兩個小時得倒一次，半夜睡一半得起來倒水，三個床都滋扭響，翻身床響的整個房間都能聽見，根本睡不好！

入住要上傳證件，而且還要截圖訂單，這是住了這麼多從未遇到過的。電梯要拿卡比較麻煩，房間沒有空調，不是南北通透，晚上會比較熱。

衞生可以，但是床單和被罩，枕頭套都是潮的，睡了一晚上，早上起來都沒幹。希望房東可以注意下。
