房間非常好，帶陽台，可以在陽台上看到對面九龍公園的足球場⚽️，空調熱水器都很給力，入住當天剛換了新電視📺，老闆也很熱情，下次見！

房間非常乾淨，地理位置優越。房東的服務態度很好，很細心的介紹如何開關門，也提供免費的行李寄存。在香港這寸土寸金之地，性價比還是很不錯的。

離柯士甸（西九龍高鐵）很近，步行十分鐘，一棟樓就一家旅店，臨大街，對過警察局很安全，過馬路就是九龍公園，很大很好逛，去中港城（碼頭去澳門）尖沙咀，維多利亞港、廟街夜市都很近，算是中心位置。
老闆人很好，房子不大但夠乾淨整齊，洗漱用品齊全，可以寄存行李，女生可來噢（老闆是很nice的姐姐）
別跟酒店比，家庭旅社主打温馨快捷啦～而且還帶陽台可晾衣服，看公園景色，要什麼🚲

首先，位置在九龍公園北邊馬路邊。從柯士甸地鐵站出來（哪個口忘了）走三四百米就到了。在一座大廈裏，周邊有7-11便利店，旁邊也有餐飲一條街。適合高鐵到西九龍站過來後簡單過夜。
其次，房間比較小，也是合理的，畢竟價格在這裏。如果一個人住是可以的，如果兩個人，就需要考慮了。畢竟兩個人出來，還是需要寬敞些舒適些，也需要更多的活動空間。至於衞生間，就比較簡陋，這個需要心理準備。
然後，整體整潔是不太需要擔心的，床單枕套之類的還是可以的。
最後，整體而言，一個人的話，出來辦事，簡單過夜，都是值得選擇的，對於這個價格，這個旅館挑不出什麼大問題。
