Awesome service from all staffs at the hotel, we can leave the luggages in the early morning and go sightseeing in the secure area for luggage storage with staff monitoring all the time. The room is very clean and always fill in amenities with great support. Housekeeping cleans the room everyday and staffs are so nice. The lobby area has coffee and water 24-hour self service for all guests with light breakfast in morning time(bread, butter, jam, honey, fruit juice, coffee) that all you can eat. The staff always fill in stuffs.

Nice hotel with a great shuttle bus. We came from China on the ferry, there was a shuttle bus from there, but we didn't know about it, unfortunately. On the way back we used a shuttle bus and that was very convenient. If you take a ferry boat to **************, this hotel is perfect for you as their shuttle bus has several stops, and one of them is China HK City is a ferry terminal. The room is not big, but there's everything you need (a shower, a fridge, a safety box, TV, set of two cups, teabags and coffee, a bottle for water, towels, hairdryer, adapter for phone charging, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel). There is a restaurant, you can get breakfast there, but we didn't have it, so I have nothing to say about it 😉

Location of the hotel is perfect and the reception just the bad side is the condition of the room which is seems to be. Rotting look i dont feel comfortable on staying on it. I dont understand the deposit requirements unlike other 4-5 star hotels doesnt require this at all. But reception was good and commendable if this hotel can be renovated it will be the best for 4 star hotel but for me right now i consider this hotel as 1-2 star hotel even they show it as 3 star hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Metropark Hotel Mongkok, spending a night with our family. The hotel's location couldn't be better – the airport bus #A21 stops right in front of the main entrance, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. Additionally, if you plan to travel to Shenzhen by bus, the bus station is just opposite the hotel, offering seamless connectivity. Not only is the hotel well-connected, but it's also surrounded by an abundance of delicious dining options. And for those looking to explore Mongkok's vibrant streets, everything is within walking distance. Overall, we were impressed with the convenience and comfort offered by Metropark Hotel Mongkok, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Hong Kong.
