The trip was great overall! The breakfast was very good, food was fresh, a lovely selection of food, coffee, juice, and milk! My sheets were dirty, looked like the maid skipped changing them. Outside of that the room was very clean and comfortable. I felt safe as a solo traveler, it was quiet as well. Free parking was a bonus for me and fit my 10’ U-Haul.

I had a remarkable stay at Hyatt Place Hoover, AL, largely thanks to Kimberly at the front desk. Faced with a tight schedule for a funeral, I arrived early, and Kimberly went out of her way to accommodate me, ensuring I had a room in time. Her empathy and professionalism were exceptional and made a difficult day much easier. The hotel itself was great, but it’s the people like Kimberly that truly make a difference. Highly recommend!

Slight ding 🛎️ - if you offer a king with pullout sofa - have the linens for the sofa in the closet ready to go

The evening crew was not helpful at all. Had to ask twice for sheets for the fold-out sofa. They had a bar but they didn't know or they didn't seem interested in making the drink I requested. Lights in the bathroom sink area didn't work. On a positive note, Rosie who was working the following morning was a gem! Super friendly and outgoing.

I expected it to be a little nicer for the price. But it was good enough and we had a fine stay. The breakfast food could’ve been better too. I’m not much of a complainer but it just didn’t quite meet my expectations. Overall it’s fine though.

Musty odor throughout, smelled like ****. No linens in room for pull out bed. Big stain on pull out bed mattress. Saw underaged kids checked in without supervision. Breakfast was ok but no black tea available. They had bagels but no cream cheese available. Seems like poor management

There was a computer problem so check in took a bit. The lady at the desk apologized but you could tell she was stressed because of it. Downstairs bathroom by lobby was filthy. Breakfast was not very good. Ice machine on floor didn’t work. Have stayed here many times but this was not good

We had a one night stay there. It was clean. It was comfortable. There is no restaurant and the breakfast in the morning was so so.

Stay was great! Breakfast was good. Only issue was the personal inappropriate box we found behind the couch. Which means they didn’t clean/look behind it. I’d still stay again.
