"First, the cons (there are many)
- no one is waiting for you upon check-in, there's no reception, you have to call, and if you don't have a Thai SIM card, you just sit and wait in the heat
- the room is very small (6 square meters), of which 4 are taken up by a stone bed. There's not even room to open a suitcase, let alone put things in it
- the windows face the hallway, no ventilation, nothing dries, towels rot, no ventilation in the shower, and everything is moldy (which is dangerous for your health)
Now, the pros
- the location is decent, the beach is nearby
- the bed linen was new and generally clean
- they say cleaning is done every two days, but I didn't get any for three days
- they leave water
- a cute cat who constantly sleeps on the porch"

Although it's conveniently located near the ferry terminal, the room was very quiet, with no outside noise. It's perfect for a one-2 day stay on Koh Samet. The owner was very welcoming. Access was convenient and secure with a key card. The accommodation is close to a 7-Eleven, motorbike rentals, and restaurants – making it extremely convenient. The bedroom was clean and smelled nice; everything was great except the hairdryer looked a bit old. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely return.

Anonymous UserThe location is pretty good, close to the pier and restaurants. It's an easy walk to Saikaew Beach. However, the comfort and amenities in the room could be a bit lacking. Overall, considering the price, it's acceptable, especially if you arrive in the late afternoon/evening and just need a place to rest up before exploring elsewhere the next day without renting a motorbike on the first day. The location is just right for that.
