Being in the Texas Medical Center, I was there for medical purposes. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean.

Guests park on the 3rd floor of the parking garage for $15 a night. The hotel rooms are very new and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is simple but delicious 😋 unlike the pre-prepared meals in China. It is recommended to stay here when traveling to Houston

The fan in the bathroom stayed on all night and was really annoying for the sound but also it made it warm in the bathroom. One of the blinds- black out part- wouldn’t work correctly either

Kitchen staff was very rude. Didn’t have enough clean silverware. A member of the kitchen staff was rude and yelling at guests. She closed the door on guests that requested napkins or coffee cups. Housekeeping didn’t clean our rooms each day. Had to ask for clean towels.

Amazing stay from the greeting of walking in, the energy was wonderful, to the quick and easy shuttle trip to and back from the rodeo. Made our stay so much better

The property was good but the service was not as was expected. We stayed 3 days (2nights) and the room was not cleaned, or changed or brought new towels and no one removed the trash in both the room or bathroom, that was very bad. No value for the money spent, unfortuanetly
